Entered a contest to win a car and along with that there was a 4 issue trial period. Prior to getting issue one I got 3 bills. I called Hearst Publications in NYC. I told the woman on the phone what I needed. She was going to give me a toll free number and when I asked her to give me a few seconds she started to rattle off the number. I asked to wait till I got a pen and she retorted by telling me she had other calls coming in and hung up on me.
I went back to Google to see if there was a direct number and i fund it on this site. I called it and waited to get through the automated system to get a human. Once i did I got a very nice and pleasant woman who took my info and canceled the subscription. So what started out bad turned good.
