Since I've been a customer since 1984, I have been charged double twice 10/15 & 2/16 for my cable bill due to the fact they could not locate my payment and confirmed with my online bank it was paid. I called your customer service several times at least four times regarding my account and got cut off and someone told me it would be looked into by someone (no name given) and they would check my account and get back. No one has ever called me back!!!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!!
