I have tried for two months to make an online payment and it keeps saying it doesn't recognize my password. When I change it and try to log in it makes me re-register. When I do that it says it is a valid account but already registered. Call help desk. You don't even provide the number for the help desk. I was on hold for over 1 hour to find out the lady, who was very rude, wouldn't help me and transferred me to Bill Matrix! I'm not paying extra to make a payment. I had to do that last month because I couldn't get through to anyone. I finally googled your help desk number and once again I'm on hold. I would have to say that this will be my last purchase of a Nissan. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired!
