I called number and the lady was very helpful HOWEVER she said a service call would be made on 9-9-15 between 8-5 and I would receive a call before they came. At 2:30 that day I had not heard from anyone, I call the same number and was told to call , the lady who answered advised no service date had been scheduled. She scheduled a service call by Ken Appliance 615-834-0740 on 9-14-2015. They called the day before and said they would be there between 10-12 on 9-14. came on time, fixed the problem and the young man was courteous and very knowledgeable. I feel that since your company dropped the ball on the service date that I should have been placed at the head of service instead of having to wait that many days without a working refrigerator.
