I have had the WORSE experience with State Farm. August 21, 2015 I had a head on car collision with another State Farm insurance holder. The police reports states who was at fault. We both have the same adjuster for the accident. I feel it is a conflict of interest. The adjuster that has handle my case has given less than poor customer service. His team lead Scott is just as inadequate simply because I have called 4 times and each time left a voicemail without a returned phone call. I have had State Farm insurance for 5 years and never had an accident or ticket. I am not satisfied with the customer service, the knowledge of the job they have nor the timing that things are handled. People pay insurance to cover thing of this nature simply because you have two people that have the same insurance you should NOT try to make it even down the middle when C:EARLY one person is wrong. I am beyond words with this situation. I cannot switch adjusters because the team lead has YET to call me back. I should not have to hire a lawyer for this to be handled correctly. I am disappointed, frustrated and now I am angry how this situation has been handled. No one has been willing to help. Next week will be a MONTH without my car but yet I am still paying State Farm for insurance and they have not helped at all!!!! Just as everyone in the world that pays a company to do their job I expect the same thing.
