I actually have found the customer service people to be extremely helpful. I agree that there are definite flaws in products that cause breakage and even volume issues. We have had to return two headsets thus far and are awaiting our third which will be an updated version so we will hope for the best! We had a lot of trouble with the 400 stealth version and are getting the 500P so we will hope those issues have been fixed in the newer version.
