I want to ask some questions of someone that can answer them. I am very frustrated with your lack of commitment to follow up on customer grievances. I've sent in requests to your help email and spoken to trevor on the phone. No one at your end is taking my feelings seriously. I want answers to specific questions and all you do is hide behind the tech wall. I am unsatisfied with the gaming experience from your game farcry3 and will make sure that anyone I speak to will know it. If you will not respond to me I'll know how pathetic your company truly is. Thank you for wasting hours of my time, promising something that you just take away when you can't think of an intelligent process to continue the experience.
