I wanted to return a baby monitor that didn't work, the very first time I called I got disconnected and had to call back and wait to talk to someone.they needed my email address they could send me the postage info I needed to print out to send back the monitor, she said it would take 48 hrs to get it....I never received it.called a 2nd time same thing again...never received it.called back a 3 rd time and the girl was more clueless and kept putting me on hold and wouldn't tell me so I kept thinking I was disconnected. She had no idea as to why I wasn't receiving the emails.I left both my emails only to have not received any email to neither o e of my emails needless to say I will have to call back a 4 th time to be waiting to speak to someone for more than 15 min,be put on hold and not get anything resolved all of this in a matter if 2 weeks...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.MOTOROLA GET IT TOGETHER!!!,,
