I am having problems pafring my cordless mouse M525 to my MAC computer system I contacted the HELP system on 7/21/2015 and received an email message that I would be contacted within 2 business days. It is now three business days, and the week-end coming, I hav not received any contact. The assigned case number is: 00887539. I attempted to contact someone via telephone, within the past hour and was disconnected both times. This is OUTRAGEIOUS ! Your on-line help is confusing and not helpful. I will await proper support for your products. I will also relate the horrible experience to all my contacts.
