Gmail customer service was a disaster for me. They made me pay twicen because they confused my account and sent one receipt to an email address they knew I could not access. Over a period of three weeks they promised continually that my problems would be fixed. Repeatedly they said they would phone me and never did. In the end, after multiple assurances that they would fix my problems with a gmail address, they did not.
