Cannot begin to describe how many hours we have been on the phone trying to simply get our internet service restored. All we did is buy a new I phone and join a family plan and ask for that number to be applied to our new phone as well as to our land line. After hours of explaining we did not want Uverse or anything beyond DSL, our DSL and land line were disconnected and we were subsequently told that our address did not exist. Funny, but our bills have always arrived for the past 20 years and the address worked when you sent someone to turn it off! At any rate, we have talked to dozens of support people (glorified sales people) who cut us off and transfer us repeatedly, make promises, try to selll us more services and on and on. We have been without internet for a month now! I am close to calling the Better Business Bureau. Please fix this immediately. No, I am not going to call you again. We were on the phone for 82 minutes last night (again) Today we called to tell us that our address did not exist (for the 6th time) Please fix this. Your system does not communicate with itself and I am tired of all this!
