I have been on with your customer support since Friday evening, with Rachael, and then on Saturday morning with Franklin and then on Saturday Afternoon with Brian, until they finally said that they would connect me with the supervisor Ryan who then opted for Sunday at 4:00 well it is now Sunday at 4:30 and I have not received a phone call or anything from Ryan. I have repeated myself each time for each one of your operators going over everything at least twice with all of them. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in your service or your operators who were working on at least three people at the same time. The connection time would run between five and six minutes each time they would go from listening to responding. I purchased a new quicken 2014 because I lost everything on my computer and I want you to know that I had used quicken for years when my husband had his business to personal.
