It sucks!! To put it bluntly! The first options on the menu do not cover everything-where is the "other" category???? Secondly, it would be nice to speak to a customer service representative who at least could speak English!!! I couldn't understand her at all. I think I was told that when I was transferred that all I had to do was press 1. Either the recording was stuck or there was another problem because I couldn't get anywhere doing what she told me to do!! So Check on the menu & hire Americans & all will be well!! If you are an American company serving American customers - your customer service representatives should at least speak English!!!
