I only wish that I had enough energy left to tell the world how terrible this airline is. I have fought Etihad for weeks through my Christmas holiday, trying to get a resolution for either of the two tickets that I had purchased at their online portal. Their unintelligible ticket codes cost me a total of $2,100 USD. I was told by one agent that after review, they would consider letting me fly from a new destination. The help desk agent said she would have to talk with me by phone. But it turns out it would only be on her schedule. So she calls randomly at 0755 am on a Sunday morning. My husband and I were sleeping and did not answer the phone. I am assuming this is her resolution since I have not heard from her again. At this point, I feel cheated, disrespected and many other things a customer should not go through. If I had days of my time to write more about this airline's bad conduct, I would. But they have already stole so much of my time for no good.
