I discontinued my service with dish in July. I was out of my contract period so there were no fees associated with that. However, they asked for me to return the equipment and they asked if I would like for them to supply the box. I told them I would like for them to supply the box for the equipment. I waited for a while on the box and never thought much about it not arriving, I work 65 hours a week and want to spend time with the family not worry about dish getting a box to me. Then I get $463.02 taken out of my account one day. I call and they say it is for unreturned equipment. I tell them I am waiting on box. They check on that status and tell me they sent it to the wrong address. But, They will not return my money until they get the equipment. It has been 10 days and still no money returned. I returned the equipment as soon as I received the box. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will never do business here again. FYI cable has adjusted their rates to become competitive with dish and direct and it doesn't go out with bad weather
