Worst customer service ever. Have tried for two days to get someone. Finally got a person in tech support which is not needed. I need their repair but when you call they take you to tech support. After they confirmed my cable box is not working (which I have known for two days)they decided they would escalate the problem and have them run more tests. I keep telling them it is just their equipment as my television is fine. So again I wait for another day. So sorry I work and can not sit home and wait for their call. They sure know how to get my bill to me every month. If this is customer service they can disconnect and I will obtain service from another source (Time Warner).
