Cincinnati Bell is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in many years. Have been trying for six months to pay my bill over the phone. In the past it took 2 minutes and now takes 2 hours. Have talked to at least 15 reps and they assure me the problem is fixed. One rep named Brandy was going to call me right back. That was 5 days ago. At a family gathering, four other people had nothing good to say about CBell customer service.
