I had been on the phone for 50 min. and counting. You have $1,344.08 of my money tied up from denying my pay pal transactions (336.02x 4 of them). I was told by sup. Ellie that she would try to contact Pay Pal 15 min. into our call. I had to call her from my cell number, where a c.s.rep. wanted to have her call me back.I at that time told her "No" I wanted to talk to Ellie the Sup.(she needs to learn to come back to the customer, and let them know just what she is doing while she is staying away from the phone so long). Ellie starts telling me the same thing that her partner sup. told me yesterday "to call pay pal", I explained that I spoke to Pay pal, and there is no issue there on their end. I just need your company to fax a letter to them on your company letter head my name, last 4 digits of the card number tied to the account, the (4) different sums for the transaction, date of trans, and that you won't try to collect from me for the merch. that you cancelled the order for. I have never seen customer service like this. I have connections to many people, and will pass along this great service :(((((((!!!!

ps. i stayed on my cell for another 31 min. She didn't resolve nothing for me. I won't attempt to buy from your company again!!!
