Here I am sitting on the phome with Rogers listening to the call centre staff chatting away to each other....Jay can't find my service which they set up Set Dec 07, 2012....Rogers Sales mispresented the complete package they were selling to me, I repeated the package and price to the Sales guy three times, it was all a lie...when I tried to get it straighten out once again more lies...I felt really bad for the tech who came to setup the service...I was told my new service would have 4 hookups, the tech knew nothing about it and I was the third customer he had been to that day with the same complaint....Don't buy Rogers!
