Been on hold waiting and waiting to talk to customer service for over an hour!! They took my billing information from an account we haven't used in forever and charged 76.46 without any notice. Apparently they must be having lots of issues with them doing this because the recording when first calling tries to explain credit card charges and being on hold for over an hour tells me a lot of people are wanting immediate refunds like myself.

And this company provides internet security? They pretty much stole our credit card info and charged it without notice.
