14 hours over 3 days trying to purchase a third user license for QB Pro 2012. Absolutely, hands-down, no doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My third user is still not able to access any of the company data through QBooks. 3 days of lost productivity for a small, family-owned business has caused a lot of customer consternation as we cannot provide them with estimates or invoices!!!

I finally hung up today after 6 hours on the phone and am contacting ACN technical support for help.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN 30 YEARS!
