Absolutely terrible! Artificial intelligence does not help-a person is necessary , preferably an English speaker not in a large room where others are trying to solve problems. And please don't hang up on a customer when they ask to speak to a supervisor.

The service is appalling; no customer service to speak of; no live person to help; the ai is a moron, and the price is beyond sky high for internet that is at best sporadic at worst presenting daily outages.

Unable to resolve my issue because not on automated questions to fix. Security code is failing and I can't get on to my account. I need to send an email today but so far I have been trying to get on my account and unable because security code failure.

Sucks..i have to call EVERY NIGHT because my cable doesnt work n u can NNNNEEEVVVEERR get to an agent..my cable NEVER works buuuut my bill is always charged for days i dont even have cable,like right now...im sooo irritated from talking in circles to a machine for 2 hrs n NEVER getting an agent..when your cable goes out daily or as much as it does u should at least have an agent or even a call back machine..horrible cable..and ZERO xustomer seevice cuz u can't even speak with them...#looking for a good cable company

Xfinity is lame for these reasons:
1. Service outages (weekly)
2. Free on demand selection sucks.
3. Watching on demand is irritating because of the repetitive commercials each break.
4. The commercial volume increases by 5 decibels. (Very irritating)
5. Changing your brand from Comcast to Xfinity because of your low approval rate. (Didn't work)

I do not understand the increase in my bill and the unavailability to tell what is playing on what channel number. I called and was told the app does not do that at this time. Well your web site was doing that just fine till someone removed it!

Are you trying to force me to another provider?
Yes your listing is on the tv. But it is never useful for me. Try reading that on a 17" screen across the room!

I have been extremely frustrated trying to access the international log call in my last bill. Everything was fine until September. Then, the page where I check my bill was changed and I no longer have the link to access the call log.
I teied checking the log of placed calls on the voice tab, but it does not provide the phone numbers for overseas phones.
I tried chat to talk to a Comcast representative but gave up after one hour without getting any results.
Please note that all I need is a list of the overseas calls I made in the last billing period, which I paid but cannot check. Is this toomuch to ask for?

Ive been a Comcast customer for 10+ years. I upgraded to the new modem, box, and the talk into remote. For over a month I didn't have t.v. or Internet. Ive been calling 1x a week. Today I call again and Im told no one has ever put in any notes!! Mind you when they were supposed to do a service call, no one showed up. When i called they told me the problem was fixed outside..NOT! The very 1st phone call I made the woman on the phone gave me a ticket #. When I asked the supervisor about crediting my account for a month, she says I can only credit you for today, 6$. Im like wait a minute, I have this ticket with the numbers on it from when I initially started calling. She said since no one had put in any notes 6$ was the BEST they could do.Mind you,I did not have WiFi either. Im going to start looking for an alternative to Comcast/ Infinity asap

I have been trying to get Comcast service to work for weeks now. Three times comcast, xfinity has sent crews to my house. Another is scheduled to come by tonight.

I am not able to call the comcast phone number, not a good number 1-800 xfinity. The phone number comcast gave me to call. Impossible to even chat with a human on the internet.

How do I tell comcast they have a wrong phone number they are trying to connect me with!!!!

Inconvenience? Absolutely.
Give me a phone number that works. And tell me again why I want to switch to comcast. Cause I sure think it is now a stupid idea if this is indicative of the service I can expect from xfinity.Oh.. your comcast van from yesterday's useless unschedulled visit leaked a puddle of oil in my driveway. Here let me clean up your oil leak on my cement.

I just want to say the customer rep I had help me did a fantastic job. His name was Terrance and he worked in the York, Pa office. He went way beyond in getting our service working again! Excellent person and job!
