Same for me. HACKED AND 2 DAYS OF FULL QUES. NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. LOVE HOW THEY PUT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS ON THE CONSUMER AND DON'T FIND A FIX FOR IT THEMSELVES. HELL THEY PROBABLY HACK IT FOR THEMSELVES TO TRY AND GET US TO BUY THAT KEY GENERATOR. IF THAT KEY GENERATOR STOPS PEEPS FROM HACKING IN WHY DON'T THEY PACKAGE IT WITH THEIR PRODUCT. !@#$#@$%

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! not only were they unable to answer any of my questions, but failed to get back to me and left me out of pocket and ripped off. So i offer this a warning of caution. If you buy and blizzard product be prepaired to buy a new one if it brakes or malfunctions.

The new patch came out on tuesday. It ran auto as always but when the screen to accept Terms of use came up...nada..no curser. I have spent days trying to fix it. The most troubling thing is I cannot get a hold of anyone at WOW support to help me.Can't even get on a waiting list....this tells me that they have huge issues with the game and that thay do not hire enough people to assist players with tech issues such as mine. How frustrating! You would think that with 11 million ppl playing the game that they could afford to hire the amount of tech support ppl to help their players. I'm ready to drop wow sadly....I've been a player for 3 yrs now.I'm not sure if WOW really cares or reads these notes......I don't want to be a cash cow anymore...I brought sooo many players to WOW. This is my reward....no support, no help.

I'm new to WoW, So I went to upgrade my trial, and had some trouble, but I eventually searched around and was able to download it.. well, somehow or another I have two now, my trial and the one I bought, I only wanted to upgrade my trial X_X

So I thought, hey I'll call customer service, should be a snap for them to fix, right? lmao
I can't even get ON the waiting list... This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen.

My account was compromised. I was locked out of my account. I have been e-mailing them. I tried to call for 3 days by spamming their call center but can't even make it into their queue due to too many calls.

In short Blizzard has the worst customer service out of any company I have ever dealt with. In game the GMs can be pretty helpful if you can reach one. I suspect Activision us simply using Blizzard as a cash cow and is not concerned about the customers slowly dropping off.

Now that Blizzard has sold out I will never buy another Blizzard game again.

My account got hacked, then instead of calling blizzard I decided to steal my account back. After a week battle with the hacker, Blizzard froze the account.

I called, they told me to submit a form as well as my drivers license.

Printer the form, filled it out, sent my diver's license, two days later my account was back.

Fixed my issue. Can't complain.

Nonexistent. Someone hijacked my two accounts and put a lock on them so I couldn't access them. Common problem for Blizzard. I NEVER was able to even get through to Customer Service on phone, waits of 40+ minutes or it was so busy they wouldn't even put me in line. No one ever responded to my e-mails. I waited 3 days, then cancelled both accounts by calling my credit card company. For a company with 11 million players, it ought to be able to hire more Customer Service people.

amazing that everyone has had such terrible experiences... i have not had any of the issues mentions with them... they have been there, answered my questions, even gone so far as to walk me thru a fix...we have even had to fix a hacker attack and they were just fine... as to the DL.. it is one of the few ways they have to confirm you are really you... after all... they dont know you from adam.. and if the hacker has your acct info.. how are they to know which is real and which is not??? a lot of company's do just that... proff of id is essencial BY LAW...

ya i just checked my e mail i apparently have recently been banned many times for using unathorized hacks, which is funny becuase my wow account hasnt been played since last winter due to not having any money to use it now i cant get even get on my account managment section on the website, and all the links they gave me to help me are "invalid"'

Customer service is NON existant.

As long as suckers keep their dollars coming in, Blizzard will be very very nice to them.

If there is a problem, Blizzard are very quite, to the point of ignorance and frankly, distance themselves as fast as possible.

I am more than happy to be a part of boycotting Blizzard, cause that is the only way to hurt em.

1. Customer service is non existent.

2. I have played off and on for about 4+ years. Irecently changed my WOW account over to a battlenet account, and "wow" the changes happened.

3. Been locked out of account three times now, cannot get through to customer service. I have emailed (and gotten a response - which deferred me to another department). I asked what I had done wrong to make sure I could correct any unauthorized behavior - no response. I cannot currently play or get online.

4. I am running good AVG/Security sweet (and always do) along with following all of the steps to the website referral for clean sweep (low and behold no adware or malware listed).

5. Bottom line is it is a great game, but it has become too much of a pain to enjoy. Hopefully I can get rid of my accounts to someone else who wants to play.

1. Blizzard suspends my girlfriends account for advertising in trade chat. The problem with this is (my girlfriend def isn't a gold farmer and NEVER said a word in trade).

2. My girlfriends sister set her battlenet account up for her and not thinking listed her own email and name when they asked for the information. (now Blizzard believes the account was sold)

3. Okay so now to prove the account is in original ownership all you need to do is submit a copy of the Drivers License, not a big deal right... WRONG.

4. You email these mmo monopolizing scum bags (with the information they request) and you get a computerized message back stating the same thing the last 25 emails stated.

5. They tell you to log into your account and submit the drivers license. The funny thing is when you have your account suspended they change the password and you can't retrieve or change it ( they have to change it for you ).

6. If that does not work they tell you to call. Yeah.. good luck with that!

I can easily say this is the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. They have these support teams that run around dealing with issues like the rogues of customer service, banning and suspending accounts, making people change their names and forcing them to call numbers that have no humans willing to answer your call on the other end.

The best part is you don't even own your characters, you played them for hours and hours but they're not yours. LOL thats a laugh. I've never played an mmo that strictly enforced such a policy. Don't get me wrong I don't plan on selling my account anyways but now my girlfriend can't play hers because of this bogus policy. I mean.. REALLY Blizzard?!

I wish someone would make a case against this rogue company already and knock them on their asses.

This is probably the worse company I have ever had to recieve help from. If it wasnt for my friends online, I would have already made a real point to close my account in person with a nasty closing. My guild and my toon's name are getting attacked by blizzard because of some disgruntal person. I remember I asked them to please handle this persons attitude towards me a month ago when they were slandering me all over trade and I was told they cant do anything about it. This is utter and complete BS to the max. Blizzard is by far the worse company in the world. You want to tell me that you want people to have a good experience, well what about me. My gaming experience in the last 2 months has been hell.

I've been a fairly avid, if not so good, WoW player for close to four years. Like a lot of companies (Lenovo, anyone), they don't want to be contacted by phone for anything but sales matters.

Blizzard's in-game and email tech support has greatly improved over the past few years, but getting to talk to a real live human is well nigh impossible, by design, I'm sure; and the response time for any customer support issue tends to be several days, even as a subscriber is being billed (OK, only ~$.50USD/day) for the time an account is malfunctioning.

WoW is a great game when things go well, and they usually do, but when your account gets swiped or something fails to work in game, they always blame the user and are about as good at providing friendly tech support as Micro$loth is.

Seems you can't cancel the account even though you can stop the subscription.
So CC information is stored on thier site and all it takes is someone to log back on and restart the subscription.

So if your kid started something on your account you want to stop forever, you can to cancel your card because there is no way otherwise.

They even warn you that you may have to go back in and "re-cancel" at any given time?.... which seems to imply they take it upon themselves to resubscribe when they think you aren't looking.

Micheal was one of the biggest jerks i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Blizzard cares nothing for the people who are paying hard earned money for thier games. My issue was not even answered after a 25 minute hold time.

Great customer support by phone, and tech support is also nice because you can get it from an actual person playing the game while you are playing as well. Always english tech support too. (based out of Texas, and California).

a girl named rebecka busler used my cc with out my permission.i dont have her pass or user info.iwant this account canceled and my money put back in my account.there are no live people it seems who are available to help.my son scott mc donald closed the account she was using while in our home.she reopened a account using my cc information.your company has been no help at all.she did this with netflix.i talked to alive person who fixed the problem instanly.why not your company. please let me know how to correct this problem.thank you
