After waiting most of yesterday to get into Wod I finally played. This morning waited until 1100. When I logged in my character list was not retrievable. What is happening?

I was told by blizzard that it was against policy to say Jesus in trade or general as it is offensive. Wow, blizzard has, demons, demonic gate ways, hellfire, just to mention a few. So I ask you what does this have to do with a warcraft genre? Not one thing, however this is the message that is being given to millions of kids. I ask everyone to please write blizzard, stop accounts, do what you feel in you heart, but please, help me make change. I did say MILLIONS of kids right. T

My son has been an on and off subscriber to WOW for years; he used my bank card, then added his own bank card. I have been systematically been charged for many months and deducted for WOW Europe Com, 20 euros; WOW Name Change, 8 euros; WorldofWarc.SUB, 12.99 euros. . .Every month my account is debited for WOW related payments; in the meantime he has truied to cancel my card and gave his, he is debited for the same games. . . I want this to stop. Please advise.

Been cancelled for over 6 months, and still have recurring charges of $15.98 every two weeks. CAlled my bank and they told me that they were manually charging my card and the only way it would work was to get the card executed and get another one. Scammers

I canceled my subscription to World of Warcraft over a year ago and I'm still getting billed against my account despite numerous online attempts to stop the billing and yet you continue to charge my account my phone number is I have made numerous attempts to contact customer support regarding this issue and are never able to get through to a person I am going to my bank to file fraud charges if this is not resolved in the next 24 hours. I have not used the service in over a year.

Jesus...account was closed to "suspicious activity." This has happened in the past. My adsl internet provider assigns me a new IP number every time I sign in. "Suspicious" to wow, account frozen. Now, I can't log in, I can't get help. The email is a no response deal. Now I have to call them. I am in China playing wow on an oceanic server, using US software. It's becoming a real pain...

they where so nice telling me about prices and stuff like that they only thing he had troble with is finding the differnce betwen free runescape and wow but they are very kind plz call them if you have any questions about Wow

I thought it was great service. He was nice enough to repeat himself when i couldnt understand what he said. Only problem i has was that he most likely wouldnt of had to repeat himself if it wasnt so noisey in the background. But it was good all the same. And they fix the problem so im happy. ^_^

I had a ticket in since saturday. They said they would deal with part of it in the email I got from them in game. ((which they answered when the server booted me which was for about 10 minutes that i was off and i ahve ben on since 630 pst this morning)) BUT never touched on the second issue. Which is that I have lost flight points and have put several request in for them to fix it. I'm now on the phone waiting to talk to someone from blizard. The gms that have addressed it said it would be looked into but have NOT got back to me with any information. and then today when the gm looked at the ticket and closed it without addressing it?

Also it would seem the gms deal with the tickets NOT by when the are recieved beacuase later in the day ((Saturday)) i had another issue and opened another ticket on another toon and it was completed over night. So tickets are NOT dealt with in the order they are recieved. which is bull.

I need answers to my flight point problem asap. A month of waiting without any answers or correcting the problem IS NOT RIGHT.

Customer service wasnt to bad at all.......helf for 15 minutes then problem was resolved in 5. In addition the rep was very friendly and made the phone call FUN!

Account Closure NO SERVICE.

First they give me a suspension now they close my account for something I NEVER DID. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. The game isn't all that great anyway, just big. I've had it with being charged and not being able to play.

Worst customer service ever!! I have tried to resolve a problem with their WOW Downloader.exe runtime error for 2 weeks!! 2 hr wait on phone for nothing! Several emails back and forth, no resolution. Even though it is the WOW program causing the problem, noone at Blizzard knows how to fix it! What a horrible waste. I love playing WOW but HATE Blizzard and their screwed up upgrades!

I plan to file a complaint if my issue isn't resolved in a timely manner. I watch to many people wait for the blizzard BS to just have to buy a whole new account and game.. Now my account has been hacked and I"M NOT DEALING WITH BS.. It's the wow server that has compromised our accounts not our account being hacked by our networks! Think about it .,,, My fire walls are so tough I have to fill in all the secondary questions to review my bank account balance!

They just dont care. I have two accounts and one had been hacked and told me I needed authenticator. I was talking in game to the hacker on my other account telling him to stop. Watched him go to guild bank and he laughed at me. Tried to get GM, no use. Tried calling, too many callers cant get through.... Should be called Customer Disservice.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is a joke, a five year old can do better than this. It took my 2 HOURS of holding for them to pick up and then they couldn't even help me with my problem. If you are even thinking about buying from blizzard please think again.
