1. Customer service is non existent.

2. I have played off and on for about 4+ years. Irecently changed my WOW account over to a battlenet account, and "wow" the changes happened.

3. Been locked out of account three times now, cannot get through to customer service. I have emailed (and gotten a response - which deferred me to another department). I asked what I had done wrong to make sure I could correct any unauthorized behavior - no response. I cannot currently play or get online.

4. I am running good AVG/Security sweet (and always do) along with following all of the steps to the website referral for clean sweep (low and behold no adware or malware listed).

5. Bottom line is it is a great game, but it has become too much of a pain to enjoy. Hopefully I can get rid of my accounts to someone else who wants to play.
