I bought a 6 pack of replacement lamp globes. I got one. When I complained Westinghouse customer service said someone else added the pack of six, that what I paid was for one. Basically told me they didn't care. It is still on Amazon as a pack of six weeks later. Avoid Westinghouse, they are not ethical or nice people, they used to be, but not anymore.

Your warranty department SUCKS. I am getting the runaround its a shame, its a shame, i will never ever buy anything from Westinghouse or related products.

No One Answered 4 Times Just Cut Out And Its Only 3pm In The Afternoon???????? When You Pay Thousands Of Dollars On A Product, Some Level Of Customer Service Would Be Appreciated.

I purchased a 42" Smart TV two months ago. TV won't turn on. Contacted Customer Service and was told it was probably a defect but I need to send pictures and my receipt back at my expense. Totally unacceptable. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? The rep told me it is in the warranty. I am livid. NEVER buying a Westinghouse product again. I am still pursuing this and am a not sure how a legitimate company cannot be accountable for their mistakes.

I have called about my TV being damaged they gave me a case number told me to submit evidence of my TV being damaged and along with my proof of purchase I have done so but now they're asking me to ship my TV back on my own expense I have requested for upper management to contact me as of Wednesday June 14 I have yet to receive a call from anyone in corporate I have been speaking to someone overseas each time I call and the communication is completely horrible my request has not been filled for someone to call me

Same runaround as all the other reviews----take pictures. Send TV at my cost which makes it prohibitive to do so-------this warranty sucks and impossible to deal with-------will Never buy a Westinghouse product again and will join in on the class action lawsuit from Marathon, Florida

Piece of junk tv s from Westinghouse company .. Will never buy anything with your name on it ever again . bought a 32 inch smart TV for my son and after 5 months the tv don't work . won't turn on or anything . They want me to ship it to them and it will cost me around 200 dollars .. They have a policy and they know people won't send it back because it costs a fortune . If it's Westinghouse leave it where it's at .

I recently contacted the NY State Attorney General to file a complaint. I suggest we all file complaints as it is under each states attorney generals province to investigate consumer fraud. I know the Attorney General in NY is a beast!!! We will see what transpires and I will update the website. I also have an issue with a defective TV (40 in) that went out after 11 months. I refuse to pay another $200.00 dollars to ship it to CA for a refurbished product with a 90 day warranty.

55" TV. What a piece of Junk. Called and they expect for me to pay to have it shipped back to them. She acknowledged that the power board are defective and are causing the TV to no come on. Will never buy another Westinghouse product of any kind

You get what you pay for $400.00 only lasted three (3) months.

HAVING TROUBLE with westinghouse getting your tv repaired? helo my name is george and have found a lawyer who is going to look into a class action suite having to do with possible consumer fraud practices concerning the warranty repair practices of Westinghouse tv,s my attorney assures me that torts lawyers love to crush companies that do what Westinghouse does ! i have a great case against them if you have been given the run around or told your tv was received damaged or they have told you anythings that are just unacceptable and this treatment just goes on and on - please write Franklin Greenman attorney at law/ care of george hickcox po box 501614 marathon florida 33050 please give statement of the problems you have had with trying to get your tv fixed and getting it back to you! please give info on how you can be reached and ph # if possible! were going to do our best to put a stop to unethical and possible fraudulent consumer ripoffs!

The worst product I have ever purchase with my hard earn/save money. I purchased a 60 inch will only get two channels. when I did talk with customers service after 2days a several hours she tried two convince me that all TV are like that but prove that she was lying because all the other TV in other rooms are working fine ..I will blast it all over Facebook , instagram , tweeter and all over the social- media that I have over 2000 friends DO NOT EVER EVER BUY WESTINGHOUSE PRODUCT EVER >>>>BAD BAD PRODUCT I will als0 ask them to share it

Purchased a tv 3/13. TV broke 6/13. Sent a replacement 11/13. TV broke 5/14. After TWO weeks with no response to emails, I called and was told that the replacement only had 90 day warranty. Was NOT told this upon receiving replacement. No one even returned my calls after replacement was sent. WORST COMPANY EVER. doesn't stand behind their products or support US, the people who PAY them for substandard electronics!!! GRRR! DON'T BUY WESTINGHOUSE...
EVER!!!

I purchased a Westinghouse High efficiency furnace in 2005 with a 20 year warranty on the heat exchanger. In March 2014 The gas company declared the furnace as hazardous and shut it down. The furnace was defected and I can't get it repaired or exchanged. I've been told that I need to purchase a new furnace. What furnace has an 8 year life expectancy? The furnace that was removed from my home was the original one that came with the house, over 40 years. I replaced it because it was an old Republic furnace, and since I was installing central air, why not replace the furnace. Big mistake. No one is honoring the warranty. The house smells of a noxious scent, I've been hospitalized for headaches and my son had to be seen by his PCP because of nausea. I am so dissatisfied with Westinghouse. I will contact Consumer Services/BBB and the Attorney General's office because I've been had. This needs to stop. Consumer be ware. Do not purchase any Westinghouse products, they do not honor their warranty and are not customer friendly. They only want to make money. I need to go legal now.

I bought this tv about 3 months ago, and have had some minor problems such as audio cutting out occasionally. I have read some pretty bad reviews on customer service, and I admit that they are certainly not the most reliable and I was given the runaround a couple times. But overall, I'm am satisfied with the product (when working!). You get what you pay for I guess, and I would advise anyone purchasing to buy an extended warrant at whatever store u buy from. Total with tax and warranty cost me $430, 4 yr geek squad protection, so if you go that route its a steal

Bought a 46" TV in August, died 1 month 1/2 later, have been given the runaround from that damn , they put you in a queue and once you get close to the next call, the call drops. Gave up, want to exchange this lemon for another brand quickly!!!

I have a CW40T6DW Westinghouse tv. I just wanted to ask how I could manually enter a channel. I have a rotatable antenna and want to peak the antenna on a channel. All I can do is auto scan. Not much good, but this obvious design flaw must have a work-around. E-mails, poking around myself, web, etc. After about 6 months I got a single reply to my email telling me to call the new help number.

Wahoo. Now, I am having the same luck as everyone else. I call, get through the phone tree, and click, it rings then hangs up. Once, I got through to an actual hold queue, with music on hold and everything. Waited. Waited. Waited. It rang, and then, you guessed, click. No people there. Good luck.

If your Westinghouse product doesn't work, throw it away, or better yet, sell it to your electronic scrapper. Slave labor from China obviously does not include customer support. This is NOT the Westinghouse of my father. I am an old grey beard EE, and knew many retired Westinghouse engineers in my life. All have since died. I am actually glad now, because they would now be embarassed to even speak the name. Don't kid yourself in thinking this company is anything at all like it was 50 years ago. I am afraid the buyout-sellout cheapest mentality has come full circle. No-name throw-away non-repairable junk to fill landfills. That is Progress, but towards what?

I purchased a 32" LED set from BestBuy. It did not include the remote control. I tried to return it to BestBuy they said I need to contact Westinghouse. I did the rep said he would send out a remote to me right away. after 2 weeks still no remote. I called back after 1 and half hours of hold time I was told that I needed to have a call back from the department. I stated that I wanted to speak to a manager and none was available. I continued to hold for manager and the hung up on me.

Westinghouse LD 4655VX TV died 11 months after I bought it at bestbuy. My last TV a Panasonic floor model died after 25 years. Shame on Westinghouse and best buy for stealing customers hard earned money. Both companies customer service would be in good company with the Big Banks. Westinghouse and Best Buy have lost another customer.

OUr TV went out in Spetember 2012 about nine months after we bought it. Sent it in for repairs, they said they couldn't fix so would send me a refund. As of today February 4, 2013I still hae not received the refund and no one will return phone calls. They keep taking a message and say they will return it in 24 hours but no such luck. I have called everyday for the last month and have heard from no one!! BEWARE DO NOT BUY WESTINGHOUSE!!!

Westinghouse is the worst. I tell everyone NOT to buy their products. THE WORST!
Our TV stopped working in August, less than nine months after we purchased it. We are still waiting for the refund check after phone call after phone call.
Their customer service department is nothing but a lie.
I keep waiting to hear they went out of business because of their poor customer service.
Have fun in the unemployment line.
