I have a compliment, not a complaint(rare these days). My Weber Spirit gas grill flavorizer bars and grill plates rusted out within 3 years. I kept it under cover and clean;very satisfied until the rotting happened. I was going to throw it away and wanted Weber to hear about their very expensive defective product-I thought it would last a long time. I called the 800 number and was answered quickly by Sandra. I petulantly told her of my irritation, and she asked for the serial #. Within 30 seconds, she came back to let me know the parts would be sent to me that same day! I just received them-cooking with fire tonight!

Dear Weber,
I purchased a Weber "Spirit" grill in January, 2011 @ Lowes here in Reno. The igniter went out, and your customer service department was great and sent a new one. Now, it works occasionally.
I'm so disappointed. I had a "Genesis 320(i think), and I loved that grill, at my other house, which I lost in this horrible economy. I have been devastated.
I love Weber products, and with delivery and set`up, I spent over $600..because I believed in Weber to be the very best.

Horrible customer service. I tried to reach them via email through their website. NEVER got a response. I then emailed the President and Vice President directly. Once again, no response! DO NOT BUY A WEBER GRILL. Ours only lasted 1 season and the regulators are gone.

Terrible. I bought a $750 Weber grill set up for natural gas, but moved to a new house that doesn't have gas. Weber does not make a conversion kit (which you can even buy on a $1oo Char-Broil). Will never purchase from Weber again - what a "screw you" to all of their customers. BAD customer service!

For several years we have used both charcoal and gas grills from Weber. Four years ago we decided to buy a gas grill. We really enjoyed it, but last December we started having problems. It wouldn't heat up past 350 degrees. Our steaks were ruined every time. After checking Home Depot, where we purchased it, they couldn't help us. We paid $430.00 for it. Sunday we went to Ray Wiegand's Nursery and noticed they were having a Weber demonstration. They carried a Weber Hose and Regulator Kit for $29.99 and we bought it. We are finally eating delicious steaks again. But shouldn't the regulator last longer than 4 years?????

Great service dept. My grill is 11+ years, and after trying to locate the flaver bars for replacement @ Home Depot, Lowes etc. I gave up and called you--problem solved.
Thanks,
