VS employee in Southlands Aurora CO very rude! She does not smile & did not want to be bothered for an extra mile I was asking her re: merchandise. I don't know her name , she's kinda old & Hispanic with long hair. She needs to take customer service training. She does not look happy (personally) but do not take your personal issue at work, do your BEST service for customers. We, as a consumer spends money so employee can get paid. She is always not helpful when I visit this store. I hope she is not a Manager because she does not even know how to manage a customer which is the most important assets in a business world.

Moreno Valley California store in mall. Valerie was rude and talks over her customers. Called customer care and was told managers have no authority to make any kind of exceptions. So rude and will never go back.

Was at the Victoria Secret store at the Merritt Island Mall - was going to buy 4 bras, there was only one cashier open and the line was long. I asked someone that looked like a manager for check out assistance and she directed me to the only one cashier open, I told her the line was very long, and she doesn't seemed to be bothered, by the way, they was just standing there talking to another employee, and didn't even budge to look at the situation of that one cashier, and just told me she's sorry about the wait, and proceded to go back to what seems like a personal conversation. Needless to say, I put the merchandise down and left the store. What a horrible experience, btw 3 other employees were just standing there, with nothing to do!! Lost sales for you!! And a very uncaring Manager running that store, concerned more about continuing her story with another employee...

I purchased 2 bras on Saturday while traveling through. There is no Victoria Secret where I live. I wish to return the bras. I don't find them to be any comfortable than my cheap bras. May I send them back and the refund put back on my credit card?

I just bought a new bra a few weeks ago and the underside Came out after it was washed on machine wash cycle. I was very mad.....however I called them last night and they have already sent out a new one for me! Thanks Victoria secret/ pink!

On 4/6/2016 I called the salinas store around 6pm , I was asking information about the store and asked to speak with a manager and the associate on the other end did not sound very pleasant son helping , so I asked her who I was speaking with and she responded by saying that there was no need for me to ask for her name , I was very shock upon hearing her respond ... I just can't believe that they would have a person with such bad customer service , they are there for customer service tight? Or I'm I missing something ? I will never shop there again !!! Horrible customer service that you can't know who your talking to at the other end!!!!

I went on Victoria secret web sight at 5:30 AM March 29 to place a order and get the free Tote. I placed the order for two bras and got $10.00 off one and put the code to get the Tote. It accepted the order and would be shipped by Aprit 4th. I got the order Aptil 1 with the two bras . I called to find out when the Tote would would shipped and she told me you don't get one it was not in the order . This is the second time this has happened to me. She offered me a $10.00 coupons I could use at the store. I told her it was 100 miles to the closes store and I wanted the Tote that is why I ordered the bras . I really didn't need the bras but I could use them just to get the Tote. I think you ran out of Totes and I got screwed as usual. If you send out 5000 coupons for Totes have 5000 Totes to give out. The girl said they were all gone. If this is the way you run a Business I want be shopping with you any more and I am going to tell everyone in Facebook about your Company. Doris Jone

My grand daughter loved Pink until now! The underwear falls apart - both the panties and bras disgusting!!!! She brought in a bra that I purchased a little over a month ago a d it literally fell apart. Yes it was hand washed and air dried and once washed on gentle cycle and air dried. The idiots working in your stores are a disgrace, I assume they are happy earning minimum wage and like telling people,YOUR FAULT WE WILL NOT TAKE BACK. This you are proud of disgusting can't wait to see. GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SIGN UP!!!

I purchased a Victoria secret southern plunge gorge plongeant black bra size 34 c it's actually my favorite black bra but I cannot wear it anymore because it has come apart at the seams, this devastates me because I haven't had it very long and really have only worn about 15 times and it's been hdndwashed only and air dried. The item number , I have been a loyal and satisfied customer and I am asking for you to please replace this defective item with a new one so I can wear my little favorite black bra. Victoria Secret/Pink is one of my favorite stores, and I always spend hundreds of dollars on items between the stores and online. But as of tonight...they prolly wont get my business anymore. Simply because they wouldnt honor a mistake they made. Which was free shipping on $50 +$15 0ff $25. I even emailed the young lady the email I had received. The superviser had an attitude...and all I was trying to tell her that wasnt my fault they sent me the wrong email...and as a loyal customer she could have honored it. I told her I dont have to lie about a email...and I have the proof to prove it. It was so frustrating for me...and thats something I never want to deal with.

I was at your Milford,Ct store westfields Mall hour ago. Was in line in the middle all sudden register opens up to far left clerk says next girl ahead goes there lady in front of me stands there woman ahead of her done she didn't go to left clerk so I did then that left clerk says to me I am only taking from the middle I was in the middle line I said so I have to go back to middle ? She wouldn't take me. That's wrong. You need more clerks at register instead of them bugging you out front "what sends you in" hire more help and clerk should have taken me. Not happy

The Victoria's Secret at the outlet mall in San Marcos is terrible. The managers are incompetent and I am shocked that any of them were capable of getting a job. They are not organized and there is no communication. I will never be shopping there again and my experience has ruined Victoria's Secret for me. They are rude, ignorant and plain stupid and incapable of doing their jobs right.

The Store Manager at Memorial City Mall in Houston Tx. Is very rude & unprofessional. I was told her name is April Paxton by an associate, & I just don't see why someone would be so rude if customer service should be your main priority specially in that role. I can't believe how unprofessional she is & why such a great company will have someone like that working for them. I will not be going to a Victoria's Secret any time soon. Specially that one in particular.

I would like for someone to explain to me why I get the advertisements for sale then spend 165 dollars in your store waiting to get the amount off thats applicable and then I'm told that's not one of the participating stores then today I get an email offering $20 off a lesser purchase if done this week which I would have done one or the other instead of paying full price and getting absolutely nothing... this is why I cancelled my card the first time but thought I would give it a go a second time ...doesn't look like it's going to be a long relationship

Please stop this non sense,you can not be fool people for your so called marketing.we are the customers who makes a company and gives you the business.
There was a online ad (http://ebm.cheetahmail.com/c/tag/hBUx$5DAcckdyB8$-d$NR6oP0Dn/doc.html?RAF_TRACK) for valentines of your company.which says first 50 customers in the line will get free hand and body lotion .there were so many people standing out in the queue in many of your stores for about an hour or so (wasting their time),and when the stores open they did not get anything but, some discount offers.And yes ,if you ask for any clarification,the customers will get very rude response from their staff ("we dot,t know may be something online but nothing is there in the store").
Please stop it ,if you can not give don't do this ad gimmicks and all .There were so many disappointed customers like me in the store (even i wanted to buy something but because of this i did not buy anything).
We got some card which says about some discounts but nothing free as your ad says no purchase necessary for the free stuff.
I will warn my friends and colleagues too about your company and not to trust you any more.please stop all these nonsense otherwise you will loose some more loyal customers.

Today I bought a 100$ certificate in Calgary Chinook center and I was suppose to get a gift certificate of 20$ when you by for 75$ and more as they still mention on tv add today. But I was told that they did not have them anymore in Calgary. I was and still very upset. I don't understand that you have a tv add and you don't have an ought of certificate. This is FALSE advertise. I do all my shopping at Victoria's but now I will think about going back.

I have been happy costumer of VS for years and I love it couse his few exclusive stores around the world make it special. Today I found out that they are oppening so many stores in Chile South America and wondering if they are legal or just a copies. hope you read this and do something if necessary...thanks

I applied for the Angel card on line, but I did my first purchase in the store without my card because I hasn't come in the mail, yet. I wasn't told that I needed a email to show proof that this was my first use so the store declined to give me the $15 dollars off my purchase. I didn't feel that this was a right thing to do.

I am writing to you from North Cyprus and my name is Suay Paralik.

Last week I have ordered a "Tease Noir" perfume, the body lotion, bath wash, and a small vacation perfume set from the internet from Turkey(www.guzelligetikla.com)� 

They sent the set to me and I payed a lot of money. But I have doubts that they fooled me and the perfume is not the original one. The bottle of the perfume looks old, and when I put it on the smell doesnt last longer than an hour. Also I compared it with the original one and it doesnt have the same smell.

I am going to write down the serial number of the perfume and I would like you to check if it is original. If not I am going to sue the company and I wpuld like you as a big company to take action about this sotuation

I will never shop at Victoria's Secret again! I placed a large order with items to take on a vacation with me, paid for the expedited shipping, and used my secret rewards cards, along with 2 other coupons.
My order was to be delivered today, Friday May 2nd. At 2:00pm I received a email from Victoria's Secret stating that my order was being canceled and couldn't be processed. A email on the day my purchases were to be delivered. I immediately called customer service, waited on hold for 40 minutes, was shuffled back and forth from person to person, with finally being told that my order would be express shipped and arrive Monday. Not once was I even offered a refund for the money I paid to expedite my shipping when I originally placed my order. NO explainations made as to why this huge error was made. My credit card was a brand new card, no balance, and no reason for this. Then, 2 hours later another email. Stating my card can not be processed and it should be within 14 days! I again immediately called customer service, waited on hold for 50 minutes, to receive a poor attitude from the woman on the other end. Their system is supposedly down, therefore my order which was placed one week ago, can not be processed. I will not reveive my items, and I also lost $20 worth of secret reward cards, a $15 coupon, and a free shipping coupon I had. The rude woman on the other end of the phone showed no concern or empathy for my situation and made NO efforts to resolve this. My vacation is now ruined with having NO swimsuits, NO coverups, and NO shorts to wear. The items I purchased were strategically selected as I just had major surgery yesterday, and I will be limited on what I can wear, and what is comfortable for me.
I basically threw money away. I am furious about this. I will be canceling my credit card, and I will be sure to make sure that I tell everyone NOT to shop at Victoria's Secret. This woman single handedly ruined my night, and contributed to my distain for the company I once adored.

I bought over $500 in angel demi bras in Deptford mall! .I went to return one was it was itchy because of the lace n the one mg helpedme.she was black with short hair. She was so rude n extremely mean.she even used a racial slur to my face. She called me a stupid white girl.I will never go there again.called customer service n no help.I. m returning everything to get my money back n go to a different store.

I recently checked my checking account. I find out that my nineteen year old placed an order with my debit card. I called the bank customer service to cancel the order. I then called VS customer service. The young lady at customer service was very nice. However, my order that my teenager placed could not be cancelled to credit my card. I believe that they just want your money and forget the customer service part. I haven't shopped VS in two years. I never will again. The order could have been cancelled since the funds would be taken out in two days. Shame on VS. The customer is always right. Your company is too greedy. Shame on you, really?

I walked into VS store in Perth Airport Aus to find two girls standing talking no other customers in store with no acknowledgement to me being in the store.
Hence I will not shop with VS again.
These girls must have a lot of money or are mummy and daddy do because from where I stand jobs are pretty hard to get now days.

I have had a very humiliating experience once at the Victoria Secret Store in Boulevard Mall in Buffalo, NY.

Obviously the management in this store has different policy of receiving expired coupon. I was told by one manager the forgiveness is only two days. But when I asked the store the next time, I was told the forgiveness is one month, I am allowed to use it. So I happily cashed out my coupons with free panties. The cashier, stared at me and said: "You are getting Manager XXX into trouble, last time you were here, the other manager told you it was two days..."
I was very intimidated by her irrelevant accusation and very personal comment.

I walked out the store felt ashamed and attacked. Then I thought I did nothing wrong, I asked a question, and the manager said yes. In the past I had once such experience that the store manager was very forgiving and welcoming with the coupon. That's why I was confused with the Two Day policy and decide to return asking one more time.
It was the store management giving conflicting information to the customers. I sensed the store had a great tension among the managers and workers. However the worker blamed me, a customer, for such conflict and insulted me in the public with very unfair commenting and very personal attacking language. Her behavior is very unprofessional and very unkind. And I decided to return the free items to the store and will not return any more.

Victoria Secret should apologize to me for the cashier's offensive and unprofessional behavior.
