We bought CC3200 launchpad kit. We are faacing some troubles in this kit. Where can i contact about this?

They don't stand behind their product, I have a $149..00 TI Nspire CX that lasted for 4 months and they (TI) will not fix it or replace it. For another all most $100 they will give me another one,( how nice )
