I had a termite inspection scheduled for 6/12 between 8-10 am. No show. I called 3 numbers to try to get an answer if they are coming or not. We are both disabled & this is a terrible inconvenience for us. I could not get any answers from anyone as they said they couldn't reach the office. This is the 2nd time scheduling was mishandled. Last time I made an appointment they called back & said I didn't need one. I don't know what to do when I can't get an answer from customer service. I just renewed my contract but I am now seriously thinking of terminating my so called service. I am very upset.

Terrible service, visits not as explained by rep. who took our contract info. Will not return phones calls references to complaints you have, and refund must not be a word they understand.

Worst service, treatments were not as explained by tech who we contracted with. Contract date 3/9/2021 lst visit 3/11,second visit 3/13 third 3/15, cancelled contract this date I was told basically I was calling for to many visits the 3/15 visit was scheduled for the 26th, I complained loudly. Manager called me on 3/15 per issues in our discussion I said cancel my contract, he said I am doing that as we speak, I am still waiting for a refund. I am calling my credit card next, the company WILL NOT return your calls if there is a problem.

Been calling for 3 days no return phone call poorest service ever bet after this message I still won't be contacted I guess it's time to call my attorney and credit card company and get a refund for every payment I've made since last year .i will 24 hour after I send this if I have someone scheduled ton at my house in the next 48 hours

Poor service, don't return your phone calls like they say.. cancel your contract even though you still have over a month left on it... I will not loose my money spent I will push until I get my refund!!

I wish I had seen previous reviews before I signed up with Terminex. I never would have. I paid $1,000 the first year and $600 the second year and so far I had 3 missed appointments and cannot reach anyone on the phone or customer service. Like someone said, the put you on hold for over 25 minutes and no one ever comes on the phone. Then you hang up and try the next day and still nothing!!! The did not properly treat carpenter ants as I had to be home. Then they cancelled and came on another date when I wasn't home. I'm going to see if I can cancel and get someone else locally!!!!

I can't get through to talk to anyone for 2 weeks.......the computer puts you on hold so long you give up. It's incredible. I paid $1,900 and the job is only half done. I've emailed, called.....nothing. This is very unsettling.

I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received from your Berlin,NJ office. I had bed bugs and paid $1919.34 and finally had to get rid them myself. Very incompetent people. My complaint is too long to comment.

Worst company ever! Scam! They steal your money. Only had a tec out 2 times and paid $106. The 1st time I complained and they set up a day to come back out. It was anywhere from 10 am til 1pm. So I had my son sit and wait. They never showed up and don't even have it logged in their computer. They said they only guarantee work for 30 days. I called right after the tec left both times but for some reason it's not logged in. The regional manager decided I don't get any money back no matter how dissatisfied I am. Don't waste your money here. Tec was only at my house 10 mins and spider webs abs eggs were everywhere. They did nothing but take my money! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

I call customer service to set up an additional treatment. It sounds like their customer service is outsourced to India. They were a no-show for the first appointment which I took time off from work for. The second appointment said that it had to be approved by the District Manager and gave me an appointment date and they would call me to confirm. Never received a confirmation. Still waiting. This is no way to run a business, I am going to find a new provider and I don't recommend Terminix.

I taken off work for times for them to come out and no one ever shows. Nobody ever calls to say they're not coming. No one ever sends a message to say they're not coming. It's like they just don't give a damn about the customer and if you want their service you just have to wait till it's convenient for them. At least that's how I'm being treated out of the Richmond Virginia locations.

Written communication very unprofessional. Does not explain follow-ups. Hard to reach after they are paid and they put the incorrect address on documents they filed. Hung unauthorized advertising for employment on my fence without my permission. Did not put things back after tent removal. Person that signed me up told me to put up sign that I didn't want access yet supervisor insisted on taking my only key and they should have access to unaccessible area anyway.

I called and was scheduled an appointment on July 7th between 10 and noon. Today, someone rescheduled the appointment to 5-7 on the same day. Was told it was the technician. Am I the customer or am I catering to the technician? Why does terminix get to change my appointment at their convenience? Customer Service Sucks!! Not sure how they stay in business...

Customer service&support is awful,I have been promised a phone call everyday since the 16th and have yet to get it,was charged 113.00 for spraying outside of my house when I didn't request it because my contract was up in March,they said well you have to call and cance,no one ever told me that,why do I have to cancel a year contract,when the year is up it should be finished.Shady business

Paid over 2100 dollars for service and my sprinkler system and front gutter drain were ruptured and not paid for on Sept 2017. I will contact several execs and Channel 4 news in New York and see if they can help.It has been 6 months and no sign of help or satisfaction, never again

Scheduled an appointment. Took off work to meet technician. Received an email that the appointment was confirmed. No one ever showed. Guess I will call Orkin. Very dissatisfied with the poor customer service

Signed up last year for insulation removal and new put in to code. With that being said, I have no snow on my roof & ice hanging from my roof. They were out in January, measured & of course it needed more insulation. The depth was only 0-5' in some spots. Told me they couldn't get here till the 22nd of February. Meanwhile, who is going to pay for the extra cost of the utilities I am incurring because of this? I

We had our attic insulated today. We just want to commend John Murray ,first for introducing to the fact that we needed more insulation in our attic to meet the housing code; we were losing a lot of heat throughout our home because of the inadequacy of the amount of insulation we had. Consequently, we went forth to get this insulation done.
I also want to thank Kyle, Keith and Elmer for doing an excellent job and being so courteous to make sure the job was done in a proper and timely manner. We thank the Terminex Company for such caring and professional employees.

Called the 800 number to schedule a follow-up for ant problem in home. Response I got from representative on 28 December 2106 was that the first available appointment was on 28 Feb 2017. I was stunned, and searched for the number of the local Terminix operation. They were responsive with a follow-up treatment the next day. If I did not like the technician I would have immediately left Terminix based on the non responsive first call. Believe the corporate customer interface is badly broke or they just don't care.

Called > 48 hours ago about service for possible bedbugs. No call from service tech thus far. Customer > 30 years. Never late on payments. Disappointed no one has called. Phone number same for 30 years. Advised call within 24 hours. Hopefully a response soon , please.

Worst people ever did not treat the areas we pointed out to them managers do not care about customers treated us like we were children signing up with them was a colossal mistake

The worst company. They don't show up and they charge you for service. When you call to complain they tell you the local branch manager will call you back within 24-48 hours. But they must be in a time warp because I've called numerous times and nobody calls you back. It's really unfortunate. You will want to pull your hair out.

This has got to be one of the worst companies with whom I have had to deal. I have been stood up numerous times for scheduled appointments and I have been told on a number of occasions that I would be contacted by a manager to discuss the issues. I would NEVER recommend Terminix to any friend or foe and I am sorry that I ever started a contract service with them for termite control. Terminix, you NEED to get your act together!
