I've been trying to contact TP Link customer service for days and only get a busy signal. I'm not even put on hold into a queue.
I finally was able to connect with them but the phone connection was full of static so it was difficult to understand what the tech was asking me to do. The problem was finally resolved perfectly.
Unbelievably difficult to find someone who knows how to fix a problem when you do get someone on the line. Hard to understand them, very broken English. Would not listen to my problem, kept making me to do a hard reset and firmware update several times - neither one worked, more problems now than before, and original problem still exists. Not ever buying this brand again!!!
I purchased a TP-LINK WR-841N wireless router and set it up. Subsequently, I purchased a second identical router to use as a wireless repeater to fill in wireless coverage at the far reaches of my home and yard using the WDS capability. I called the telephone help line (866-225-8139), and found it was busy time after time (23-Feb-2015). Eventually, after about an hour, I was able to reach tech support, and after waiting about 10 minutes, was connected to a very helpful and knowledgeable person who helped me set up the WDS feature. The network worked well for about a week, then the wireless network stopped working. Cycling power to both routers, got them working again. After this happened twice, I called the tech support line.and reached another very good support person on the first try (24-March-2015). He determined the problem, and led me through a re-configuration of the wireless network, which has been working without a problem. After the initial rather negative impression left by not being able to even get the phone answered, I have been impressed with the excellent quality of the telephone support, and like the low cost of the products. At this point, I feel that I have gotten very good support.
After purchasing your product and having it not to function with my wireless tablet, I made a comment on Amazon and you sent me contact information. I have been trying to reach you for over 4 hours and all I get is a busy signal on your phone line. Maybe you would rather contact me since your product hasn't functioned at all to help me. I have really worked trying to get your product to work. My brother (a SVP for Staples Office) visited over the holidays and did a diagnostic on my computer and found no problem. I have high speed internet and he thinks your product may faulty. The installation went without a hitch but the connection is not being made between the router and my tablet. My tablet has connected with at least 7 other wireless sources.

I want to connect to my neighbors wifi but the signal is too weak,,,so i bought a tp link tl wa5210 outdoor router but i cannot configure it wirelessly to my neighbour.
With a normail tp link router i can connect sometimes but because of the weak signal the connection cuts,,,
What can i do to create a wireless bridge and make my own home network>>>.
