My event was rescheduled, if you could make it, however the venue offered refunds for those of us who were buried under two feet of snow and could not get there. Since I purchased my tickets through stub hub I got nothing back. Lesson learned, DONT USE STUB HUB. Stub Hub got their money and that's all they care about.

Just downloaded app today to sell football tickets for this weekend. Unfortunately it keeps telling me I need to have a credit card on file to sell tickets when I already have one on file. I called customer service and they verified that my card was on file. You were able to instantly send me a customer service review yet you can't let me sell my tickets even tho I have completed everything required. Do you want people to use your service or not? If not, keep up the work you are doing.

I was unfortunately not given my tix for a concert in which I purchased the tickets for. I was told 4 days later that the tickets had been cancelled, and I would be credited my funds back.

I am very disappointed that Stub HUb was not willing to honor the same pricing for other seats that are still on sale on your website.

Customer relations is not exceptional at Stub Hub and I will also let friends and family know not to order from Stub Hub, any other service would be more than willing to accommodate their customers in which I felt I was not given Stub Hubs best foot forward in this situation.

Also when I originally called on Sunday to request information on this, your representative advise me that I would get tix for the same price. She was not aware of your policy and had misquoted your organization at my expense.

I received outstanding service from Robert today. He called me back after he thought the problem was on the MLB Chicago White Sox end. He went above and beyond to research a solution to allow meet direct input from my White Sox season ticket account to my Stub Hub account. It wouldn't work until Robert took the time that most others wouldn't. If I ever considered selling my tickets at another site, his outstanding service convinced me to always use Stub Hub. He's the kind of person I would like in my business.

On Dec 4th.2014 we had tickets to Garth Brook & Trisha Yearwood. When we got to Scottrade Center in St, Louis, Mo, we were told our tickets didnot have a barecode on them. They couldn't take them.. We were sent to 3 other people at the Center. No one had ever seen this before. They then told us to go to the Hard Rock Cafe to the StubHub that is where the tickets came from. The man who helped, I believe his namewas Eric, had not seen this before, no barcode.
He was so nice, he worked so hard getting it straighten out, so we would not miss any of the concert.The ticket we got were a very good upgrade, super seats. We had paid $400.00 for the tickets. When we checked our e-mail we had a refund of $245.00 from Stub Hub. We say thankk you to Eric for making sure everyting turned out great.

OUr phone number erroneously appears on over 50 transactions in the past month. We are not members of StubHub but the calls keep coming despite our complaints and promises it would be fixed by the socalled Safety and Trust team. The volume of calls is one thing, waiting for 30 mins each time to go through the same old story and hear the same old lame promises and empty assurances that this will be fixed is getting ridiculous. If they can't fix this, good luck with any transaction problems regarding actual ticket transactions. Neither safe nor trustworthy.

I attended the Taylor Swift concert at Gillette Stadium this past Saturday with my cousin. I am writing you this letter to tell you how terrible my experience was due to the problems with YOUR tickets. I would be extremely happy if this letter got to the CEO of your company. My cousin and I had floor tickets in section A3. Since you are so inexperienced I will save you some time and tell you that those seats are EXTREMELY close to the stage. Those tickets each had a price of $98.00 on them (although we paid much more than that on Stub Hub). Our tickets were made of very thin paper and a lot of other people had the same type of ticket. These thin tickets that you gave us did not scan. We were referred to many different places and we finally made it to the Renaissance Hotel where there was what you call Stub Hub “Representatives.” We waited in line for over an hour with roughly a hundred other people. Finally around 7:00 we made it to the front of the line (the concert started at 6:30). The representative told us that she has seen this type of tickets scan many times before, but she gave us new tickets which she claimed to be “the next best seats.” Well, I concluded that she either had no idea what she was doing or she was an insane liar. Like I stated earlier our original ticket had a price of $98.00, but our “replacement” had a price of $49.50. I have attached a seating chart of the concert. We paid for seats in section A3, but we sat in section 305. Excuse me, but does that seem right to you? Obviously we got ripped off; there is no better way to put it. We paid for floor seats, but we got to sit in the nose bleeds where we sat freezing our butts off. Also, we did not even make it into the concert until after 7:30 because of YOUR mistake. It is now clear to me that Stub Hub is an unprofessional business filled with amateur workers. In my mind, your company is only in it to scam us! I am happy to say that I will NEVER be using Stub Hub again to get tickets to any event. I will make sure I get all of my tickets from your competitors. Also, do not think this “mistake” will go unnoticed. I will tell EVERYONE I know never to use Stub Hub again because of this massive problem. I never realized how irresponsible your company really is. I am sure you will go bankrupt due to the pathetic organization and management of your company. You essentially stole our money. You still owe my cousin and I seats in section A3 row 43 seats 3 and 4. If you were a professional company you would accept the fact that you did a terrible job with this event and you would give all the people who you ripped off their original seats for next year’s concert. I am sure I am not the only one telling you this either because many people were outraged. I hope you realize because of this event you have lost customers for life. I know that my family, friends, and the hundreds of others who were impacted by this mishap will never use Stub Hub to purchase tickets again because we do not want to deal with immature unprofessional attitudes. It is not ok for your representatives to yell at customers. I hope your company fails because of this event. I will make my experiences known.

i had a problem with a fake email saying that I purchased tickets worth almost $1500 in Washington D.c., and I live in California!! I immediately called customer service and got an answer the first time I called, he was able to help resolve the issue. He even transferred me to another safety department and they called me back that same day just to make sure everything was resolved. I was very happy with their customer service :)

I have had a real problem using stubhub. All I wanted to do was get my money back on two Bruce Springsteen tickets for Wembley 15 June concert. They have taken off commission which means I am now out of pocket and now insist I send tickets using a couirier company who want to charge over 20:00. I will have recouped very little of my money after this . What a scam. I now propose to send the tickets y recorded delivery £5.00 ut worried I won't have tickets or any money if I do this.I will never use stu hu agaion especially as they don't answer their phones either. 3 attempts and put on hold for over 30 minutes each time.

my custmer service is , I just want to express my frustation with your service, I purchased 5 tickets for the tampa bay game, on sunday the 26 of mayagainst the yankees, I travel three hours to get there, I was surprised to see my seating section, I could hardly see the game, players looked like midgets, what bother me was that I was told there were no tickets available at the lower decks, I counted about 200 seats vacant in the lower deck, What happened?, I will not use your services again.

StubHub sucks. I delivered 2 NHL tickets to LMS. StubHub inadvertently deactivated my listing and then lost my tickets. All of which they admitted and apologized for. However, when Corey the case manager reviewed the case he refused to reimburse me my money for the tickets they lost. Now I'm out $360!!

StubHub has horrible customer service. I received a $300 gift certificate in December 2012, I was forwarded the original email with all codes. I have spent hours trying to use this certificate and talking with customer service to no avail. I have asked for a manager to call me and no one responds. This is the worst service I have ever received in my 50 years on this earth.

Re: Stagecoach Festival 4/26-4/28/13

I would like to register a complaint about the handicapped parking this year as it was awful! It was way too far away from the check in and my friend who is handicapped struggled to walk the distance.

Also, another complaint this year was the exit from the venue. On Friday night, we had to drive all around the perimeter of the grounds just to exit as all the gates were locked. The traffic was a nightmare! Seems to me that no one seemed to know what exit we were supposed to use. With a huge venue such as this, you would think they would be more organized. Saturday night was a bit better and Sunday was not a problem.

Please pass this on to the directors of the Stagecoach Festival so they can correct this for next years event.

Stub hub is full of it
I paid $2700.00 for 4 NBA playoff tickets and

Never received the tickets and no calls or emails to notify me that the seller who claimed had 4 tickets for sale never had tickets in the first place.

I wish I can kick SH and the seller's ASS.
