I purchased tickets for the Capital Jazz Festival in Baltimore Md . For June 2-3 never received any tickets talk with serval of y'all. And with no avail nothing happens for me but I'm out of 368.00$. Can y'all at least give me my money back and thank you for nothing

I have been trying to purchase tickets for over a week now. Your online site is a disaster, It does not work to apply a credit. Very dissatisfied customer.

Horrible customer service. I was refused to talk with a supervisor , I had 4 tickets listed. I went into the app prior to game time and it said all of my tickets had sold, and I had no active listings. I think I'm golden and I made my sale. A few days later I'm only paid out for 1 set of tickets. I call and on the phone 2 hours being told the first tickets that sold stubhub had to cancel the sale to protect themselves. But no worries they re listed my tickets "with out me knowing any of this ," and the same exact seats sold again" I have screen shots of my stubhub account showing 0 active listings 2 hours prior to the game. Stubhub said they have the seats were listed until a hour past kickoff. They showed my same seats that they cancelled sold and the payout. And the exact same seats they re listed and sold for a different amount sold and the payout. And 2 hours before the game I had no listings active. If I did I woulda dropped my price or took my friend to the game. But they are horrible and didn't contact me to let me know they had to cancel my tickets to cover there self. I been buying and selling for 12 years with them. And never again. A million dollar company can not compensate a loyal customer a few hundred bucks. JEVAR IS WHO HANDLED MY CALL. AND TOLD ME THAT "Recine. Supervisor " would NOT SPEAK WITH ME. The worst company ever you lost me and a ton of my friends and family

Wish they would help. There Application crashes. Reached out to customer service twice still can't list tickets. I've been a customer for a long time and am not happy.

Purchased 2 NFL tickets on StubHub. I received an access code that didn't work and Customer Service asked me to give the seller a little time. I waited 2 days and tried the access code again..still nothing. I called Customer Service back again and ask for a full refund because the tickets were supposed to be delivered immediately upon purchase to cell phone...and the girl from Customer Service fought with me. I had to ask for a manager. She came back and said I'm refunding your money but...and then starts fighting with me again.

Customer Service training is needed. After this experience, I'll take my business elsewhere.

What a horrible service! The old bait and switch! You have lost a customer for life! Cannot believe that I was stupid enough to use StubHub I will never use you guys again I will tell all my friends to stay away unless you want to get ripped off! Ticketmaster for Ever

Hey Guys,

I went to a Ty Segall event in Burlington VT and tried to use a ticket from you guys. They wouldn't let me use the ticket at the venue and ended up having to pay for another ticket and missing part of the show (trying to figure out why they wouldn't take my ticket). Any help?

Worst customer service experience I have had in all of my years. I was looking to take 10 of my employees to a Red Sox game. I found some tickets in the Right Field Roof Box. It showed 10 different seat numbers. I buy the tickets and get an email that states Standing room only. Stub Hub will not refund these overpriced tickets. I am disputing with AMEX. Called and was on hold for 47 minutes. Not one person could help. Stubhub is better off letting the phone ring and not letting their people pick up. the service was that bad.

Will not use again. I updated my address - sent to old address. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Overseas garbage. Stopping payment and WILL NEVER use again.

I purchased 2 tickets online for the Australian Open Tennis.
I paid almost $700 and they have sent me only 1 ticket.
You can't call them and they don't respond to your emails.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in Custcomer Service. I have been calling StubHub for the past 24 hours trying to correct an issue regarding ticket that I have sold and not only are they refusing to help, but there is no way to get through to any decision makers. As it stands now I have lost over a $1,000+ sale and I am possibly looking at an additional $140 charge on top to add insult to injury for an issue that is their fault. They refuse to give me contact information for any VPs or email addresses for any top brass in the company. This company robs from the rich and takes even more from the poor. Terrible company to deal with. Stay away and try to find other alternatives to sell.

I called StubHub corporate headquarters and transferred to a busy line three times.

I called customer service and they wanted no part of my issue which is a fraud case going back to 3/2016.

E maile CEO based on your information...wrong e mail ...:YOU HAVE THE CEO E MAIL WRONG

I used your service for the first time and had the pleasure of "chatting" with Hector G. He was fantastic - very professional and personable. If I could hire him for my company I would. Because of his service I will definitely use StubHub again. I hope you recognize this great representative of your company.

I purchased 4 tickets to a Colts game. I needed another ticket so I bought 5 more in same section. I got on site to sell the first 4 tickets and it locked me out of my acct. I've been told twice I will be contacted in 24-48 hrs to resolve the issue. Its going on 3 days and no contact. I am very upset I haven't had the opportunity to sell the 4 tickets.

URGENT--TIME SENSITIVE!

I purchased 4 tickets for a Washington Nationals' baseball game set for tomorrow, Thursday, September 29, 2016. Washington, DC and surrounding areas are currently under a "flood watch" alert through Friday, September 30th with up to 5" of rain expected between now and Friday. Indeed tonight's Nationals" game was delayed more than 30 minutes due to rain and now has been interrupted by a further rain-delay.



It is expected that tomorrow's game likely will be postponed and played as part of a double-header on Friday the 30th, or, if necessary to determine home-field advantage in the NLDS the Arizona Diamondbacks may have to return to DC to play a game on Monday. In each of these two possible scenarios would my 4 tickets simply become valid whenever the postponed game is played?

If the league determines that the game will NOT be played, a distinct possibility, how do I request a refund????

KARI ZACCONE just helped me with a very complicated ticket sale situation. She was patient, clear in her explanations, and repeated that information several times as my confusion slowly abated. StubHub is really perceptive in their hiring practices to have found such a fine employee/representative for the company. I have always praised StubHub to friends for their ticket needs, but will be even more enthusiastic following this very helpful encounter.

Had tickets for 2017 Masters on Stubhub and another website for sale. Sold them on the other website and I in the process of removing them from Stubhub, the tickets where purchased on stubhub. Filed a report with stubhub immediately. Made no difference, I was charged $324USD for not providing tickets. I can see if I was a repeat offender, but I have sold tickets once and bought tickets once on stubhub, so you can see I am not a power user by any means. CHARGE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I WILL NEVER USE STUBHUB AGAIN. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND STUBHUB TO ANYONE AND WILL USE EVERY OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE TO NOT PROMOTE ANYTHING ABOUT STUBHUB.................AN ABSOLUTE JOKE.....!!!!!!!!!

Re: Order # 191336374 I ordered tickets for a baseball game while we are on vacation in New York in January. I mistakenly opted for package delivery instead of electronic. I received email notification that the tickets would be delivered to me by May 20, which is the day that we fly to New York. In late March, I chatted with Chynalinn B on 3/24 and the only option that she was able to provide was to have the tickets mailed to the hotel in NYC so that they would arrive the same day we check-in. On 4/12, I received email confirmation that my tickets had already been sent to the hotel five weeks in advance of our arrival! I chatted with Anique to request the the tickets be re-routed to my home. She indicated that I would have a $20 charge to re-route. I disagreed with the charge since it was Stub Hub's error to mail the tickets 5 weeks early and these could have been shipped to my home if Chynnalin B had confirmed that the tickets would not be sent until 5/20. She was checking with a special team and as I waited several minutes for a reply, the chat session ended. I started the chat again with Caitlin T. She was able to confirm that the tickets would be sent to my home with no additional charges. The tickets arrived yesterday - thank you to all that made this happen for me!

I just want to commend Chynnalin B, Anique and Caitlin T. for their professionalism and assistance with this issue. All of them were very pleasant to converse with and all were working diligently to satisfy me. This confirms to me that Stub Hub values their customers and works to exceed expectations. I will continue to choose Stub Hub for all of future purchases.
