Literally THE WORST customer service experience I've ever had. It's been over a week and about 15 emails, numerous hours of my time, and still no resolution. No way to reach a manager or person on the phone. If you don't already have this service, I would second guess the purchase. Just google Spotify double bill. It's almost like they do it intentionally to make money. Their lack of insight into their own system and inability to answer questions means you're pretty much on your own. Not sure how this is even a real company.
