Literally THE WORST customer service experience I've ever had. It's been over a week and about 15 emails, numerous hours of my time, and still no resolution. No way to reach a manager or person on the phone. If you don't already have this service, I would second guess the purchase. Just google Spotify double bill. It's almost like they do it intentionally to make money. Their lack of insight into their own system and inability to answer questions means you're pretty much on your own. Not sure how this is even a real company.

I am very upset that Spotify has no phone number listed for Customer Service. I need to speak to a live person. Not this email crap and fill out a form. This is a bunch of BS!

On December 3rd Of This Year - Spotify Charged Me The $16.38 Monthly Charge And I Was One Of Your First Time Subscribers!!!! I Was Supposed To Enjoy Three Months Of Premium For Just 99 Cents And Then Get It For $9.99 A Month Afterwards!

I Want You To Reimburse Me Immediately For This $16.38 Charge On My Visa Charge Card!! I Was Telling Everyone How Wonderful Spotify Is And Then I Find Out How Badly The Company Is Treating Me!

Spotify is great. I am trying to sign up, its telling me i dont meet age requirements. I am 43 years old. I am old enough n had it before. So what age do i need to be?

It would seem ,judging from the previous comments ,that my experience is the same , all I want is to pay Ã?â??Ã?£10 a month and listen to music , for some reason that deal does not appear to be acceptable to spotify , they assume that they can charge you ,not provide any service and remain anacountable for this theft , if I ever find out who these faceless criminals are I will hold them account if not legally but certainly morarrly and justice will be done , Peter campbell , account number

Cancelled spotify. They have still charged me for the last 6 months. I suggest you stop now before you have a lawsuit from alllll the people you are stealing from! I am calling the bank tomorrow and filing a fraud claim.

Unable to reach support for 5 days now. I am an account member who cannot log in. The email address in my profile is incorrect. I have been without my music for too long & not able to find assistance from Spotify.

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLES!!! I Need my password to even cancel my account!! I tried and reset my password and it requires me to put in my old password!! If I knew my password why would I be clicking on forgot password. This is a crime, I have been charged for the service and I no longer want this crap!!

I left Spotify because I could not log off and could never get to hear any music. I received a very apologetic response a,d was advised I could now sign on again. However my experience made me reluctant to join the merry go round of unintelligible messages. So I carried on using I Tunes. I tried today to get spotify up again. Now i have a new set of unintelligible messages. I have been asked to kill my entry or wait. I waited for about 20 mins or so and changed to kill And I really meant it Nothing happened so i tried to get in touch. Again no result. You people appear to me to play games on the net and never get anywhere I suspect
this is all you ever achieve.Your Company used to be so good. You were an example of how web site ought to be run. Now you are rubbish. Is it the man at the top who is the trouble/

You make it Real Easy for a free trial, but Very Very difficult to cancel the premium service. I suggest you cancel my premium subscription and not charge me the 13 to 14 dollars for this month. A Class action suit maybe imminent if no action is taken immediately. I cpy and pasted this because i'm tired for not being able to get rid of spotify
