The website says they cannot reserve my flight and we've been having this inconvenience for about a few months now. And when we call, they say that it is not true and i urgently need to book this flight. I don't see anywhere to send an email with an image of the issue but i hope someone can get back with me with a solution to solve this problem.

he hung up on me because i didn't want him to get on my computer. i called in because i was charged twice. wasn't resolved.

Had a flight today aguadilla PR to Ft.Lauderdale and really disappointed with front desk service at Spirit airlines, I arrive to airport 1Hour ahead before my scheduled flight with check in done online my luggage paid online and this lady does not allow my luggage into the plane stating I was late SERIUSLY one hour before everything done online and at this point have to flight without my personal belongings because she didn't want to. This is extremely ridiculous spirit airlines have to hear my voice and return my money back for what ever I paid for my luggage just cause your unexpirence employees feel so.

Had a flight from Atlanta to FLL that was delayed an hour. This is unacceptable. I just joined the 9 dollar club. Is there any way I can get a refund? Will fly Southwest from now on.

I just spoke to a supervisor from Spirit Airlines about seat assignments. There are no seat assignments at this time as you are assigned seats at the airport. I have a partner that I am traveling with and they assign seats randomly, so I may or may not be seated next to him???? Hello. I was told that to assure that I will be next to him I will be charged an additional $10 or more depending where I want to be in the plane. I have never traveled on Spirit before and probably will not travel with them again. I have traveled extensively with other airlines and have NEVER heard of this practice. I see why you suggest not using profanity as I am so irritated now that I may HAVE used some. Bye Bye Spirit Airlines. I am not a difficult person but this is absurd.

I have been flying since 1964 and have traveled on most of the major airlines and visited 50 different countries. My experience with Spirit in merely booking the flight, evaluating the excessive additional costs and confirming the flight have been the worst ever. In fact, it has taken me over an hour to be able to reach a live person to simply confirm that a regular garment bag is OK for carry on!

We will never use spirit airlines again .fights delayed big time .people in line said this was their 2 try.and they got their money and went to another airline .we should have .paid 52 to just check bags and then 55 for weight.people at desk was extremely rude and acted like they didn't even see us standing there .worst treatment and service .never again .Deborah Campos

I am a loyal customer of Spirit Airlines I will be traveling soon on Sept 3rd from Altlantic City to Orlando then returning from Orlando to Atlantic City on Sep 9th seems to be a problem getting a confirmation I have tried to reach you numerous times without succeeding It is extremely ridiculous, annoying, frustrating, idiotic, and I am shocked at how you can run a company that does not allow you to speak to a representative for information that you need in order to continue plans for a vacation. I have called repeatedly with no satisfaction I need to hear from you on what the problem is with my reservation as soon as possible. That is the least you can do.

Please note, that I came in late , I'm benouced to me , my suitcase was slightly opened.. I didn't realize it was damaged.. Until late Tuesday when I opened it! Then I saw that my stuff was in disarray.. My cosmetic bag was dumped out, my makeup all over.. And I still can't locate my earrings or necklace! I'm very disappointed in spirit air.. Since I did pay 54$ to fly my bag.. Since my suitcase is damaged , and my jewelry is lost.. I would like a refund of what I payed to fly my bag!

I booked a flight with your airline to travel Monday July 25 2016, from Fort Lauderdale to Boston. Departure time was 3:30 P.M. Flight 414. Very upset! Got to the airport. Chechking myself in didn't find my reservation. Yor employees are so unpolite! Was asking for help didn't get any atencion! They wore to busy on their personal phone calls while at work. Didn't have a choice, got in line to check myself with an agent, SORPRISE!!! Didn't find my reservation anywhere! My flight was cancelled without notice!!! Have been flying for years with so many airlines including SPIRIT! WORSE AIRLINE EVER!!! The worse customer services ever had in my whole life!!! Good luck in your business!!!

My daughter bought a ticket to and everything went fine. I month later a charge of 69.95 was added to my credit card. Apparently somehow she mistakenly created some kind of membership that would charge my card every year 69.95. Got no satisfaction from customer service, and it was no easy task to get a real person through customer service number. Very angry and disappointed.

When I Was Taking A Flight On Spirit,they Said If I Applied For A Credit Card.i Would Get 2 Round Trip Tickets To Fly On Spirit. Also I Went Out To Diner Cost $34.00
They Denied The Charge,my Credit Is Excellent. I Am Closing The Account What About My Points.

Flight 912 from Orlando FL to Ohare Airport ( non stop ) was scheduled to depart at 5:08 pm and was delayed for 3 hrs and then they landed in Detroit at 10:38 pm saying the pilot desereted the flight and now they are trying to find a crew to fly 150 passengers home to Chicago. Seriously what kind of airline is this. Not a single person working here has any information of whats going on. NEVER AGAIN AM I FLYING ON SPIRIT AIRLINES.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen or experienced. Impossible to talk to a real person, does not even provide an option for what I am looking for. I have tried to reset my password 12 times and each time it has failed. This company is a joke and should change or get out of this business. Only because I have tickets RIGHT NOW, will I ever fly with this company again. Absolutely Ridiculous.

I flew on July 2 from Chicago to Myrtle Beach. Terminal 3 at O'Hare was a zoo at 5am they had us line up to drop off baggage and bags were all over the place and combined with other airlines. I dropped the baggage off 2 hours prior and it did not arrive in Myrtle Beach filed a claim and tried to check status online and didn't work, called the airport back later, voice mail, again the next morning, voicemail. Doesn't anybody care at Sprit?

You get what you pay for, in this airline you get even less. Bloody joke, worst experience and airline ever! Makes Aeroflot look like 5 star deluxe service even with their canvas seats! This is before we have been even able to board our delayed flight which no one wants to update us on either in the airport or online! Joke, Mr Spirit CEO saw your recent pledge to improve service on the airline, lucky you as it could not be any worse so there is only up! Someone in the Philipines lies to me on 2 different things and then wants to charge $25 for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
