Sennheiser 800 number for support is incomplete on the internet. Is missing a digit.

I have tried contacting them via their site's contact form but I have not been responded to in 2 weeks now.

The earpads of my HD598 Cs headphones started to dissolve in random places and there is no one to contact about replacements using the 2 year warranty that im "supposed" to have

HD205 headphones-skinny, cheap, invisible cable , lead to my desk being wrenched off table top. Your pathetic �£1-materials saving cost me �£500-. Thanks!! and the vocalist had a pleasant afternoon with a broken arm in A&E. Use your brain-damned good sound, just make your cable stripey, and visible. Imagine we don't all have as good an eyesight as you directors, and time and motion clever dicks-if you would like us to keep buying/recommending YOUR products that is, without the incursion of legal bills. Just as well it wasn't last week, would have taken you to the cleaners, and given the money away at next years Glastonbury. I use your product through CHOICE of sound. At least wake the design team up occasionally, and get them to splash out on 17-cents worth of stripey-VISIBLE tape to wrap around your cheap, skinny cable. Shame. Good sound, cheap cable.
