I went to get a hi 8 cassette.I was given one that "should" fit. I went to return the cassette and was told they could not take it back because it was on clearance. I did not see any signs indicating this and was not told.This store was in Cheyenne Wy.

I have just called Radio Shack Address: . The phone was answered by a woman who sounded irate as soon as she answered the phone. I was surprised since I'm always treated courteously by everyone during my stay in Washington DC. I asked if the store stocked a certain item. She said it did not but I let her know that I had seen this product on the webpage. She was so rude and abrupt with me and said she was alone at the store this was at 11:00am so I told her not to worry that I would look for it at Radio Shack store in Chinatown, I had hardly finished saying that she hung up the phone.

I am at San Clemente Radio Shack on Pico. There are no employees here to help me buy a phone. A Sprint rep sitting in saying none to ring me up for Radio Shack! Unbelievable

need help bought ear phones for my wife for our aniversary they are to heavy and she is on oxygen and it cuts it off tried to return and no receipt told they we could bring in the visa and they said no bar code need help would exchange

I came to a Radio Shack where I live at 6:30 pm needing a couple of things , I just left my dr office with a pinched nerve therefore I don't want to be driving all around in and out of my car, the doors were locked and a note saying they will be back at 7:00, I called the # provided on google and Sprint answered and said the person working is at lunch! I have never heard of a store closing for the employee to go to lunch, I am very disappointed in this, bad customer service, I will go elsewhere from now on. Any comment back could be sent to me Thank you!

If All Ur Stores Are Like The One In Phelan California, It Wont Be Long B4 Radio Shack Is A Dead Company!!!

I've bought one of radio shacks rope 6 ft chargers and they break every other week this is my seventh charger and it's honestly like radio shack is doing this to scam me because I end up having to pay for the warranty again every time it breaks or they'll raise the price considerably.

I needed an exchange of "AA" HR rechargeable batteries in the green package that are defect and did not fit in any of the devices that I own. eg: Four Original Mag flashlights, TV remotes, three battery powered Black and Decker screw drivers...etc: I brought the devices to show her my dilemma. Instead of helping me figure out what the problem was, she told me to take the damn batteries and get out. I could have over looked a pair of them, but I purchased 16 batteries in all which was $80.00 plus tax. This woman who is named "Heather" should be investigated not only for her terrible customer service, but also for her use of fowl language. This all happened in store #4490 in Terre Haute,Indiana where I have been a customer for 18 years. Now I have to purchase the 16 rechargeable batteries from another source, and take the loss of my $80.00 plus. If she is an example of the services that Radio Shack has to offer these days, I will not allow my company employees who rely on this store for items that cannot be purchased anywhere else since the closing of the other two stores in my area. Please contact this woman who I believe is the manager and had her other employees and customers see her behave in this manner. Thank You.

I too them Home I did not open them right away they needed Batteries I always on the go or extremely busy but on the 2/18/2016 I finally got me some reachable batteries to put into the head phones I open the Box pulled out the head phones and the right speaker fell down where the wires wee hanging only I went back to the store and ask them if there a clip or something the holds the head phones together the manager look at them and said they are broken I said broken then I need another pair he look t me and screamed NO! we do not sell broken merchandise you broke them I said I just took them out the box and hey were that way that's why I ask you do they snap in and he rudely Said leave my store I called the Police they never showed up and nothing has been resolved I waited in the stores for the police all day they never showed up. I still have the earphones and nothing been resolved I do not have money to give away on broken Headphones. all I want is another pair of ear phones ido not have to repair to use. thank you

I purchased a police scanner from your store at 3337 secor rd toledo ohio 43606 on 2/16/16.($428.00 total in cash). I went back on 2/17/16 at 10am to purchase a cable needed to program the radio with a computer.The store did not have the cable in stock & would have to order it. I elected to return the police scanner & get my money back but the clerk said i could not get my cash back because there was not enough money in the till to do so.He said to come back later in the evening maybe he would have enough money in the till. I did not want to drive all the way back to the store so he offered to send me a check for the amount which would take at least a week which i accepted. This is a poor way to do business & i can see why radio shack is going out of business.(poor management)

Purchased a glass iPhone protector for 6 phone on January 29, 2016. Chipping so returned to Denver store (Colorado Blvd) on February 8. Was told it was out of warranty and I would have to contact manufacturer. Cost was $39.99. Several months ago I purchased a Radio Shack Plug'n power Wireless remote control system. Never use it until a month ago. Everyday, I would use my wireless stick on wall switch to power it on and off. Two days ago, when I came home from a family member's house, I walked into my bedroom and it was full off smoke. At first I couldn't identify where the smoke was coming from so I made me way to the bathroom and to my surprise, my bathroom was coved with black ashes and debris from where your product caught on fire (while it was on off) and burned the one side of bathroom wall. I think God that the fire went out on it on because I wasn't at home when when it started. I just bought this house just a little over two months now. Now I have to repair a wall. If you need a picture of the defected product I will be glad to sent it to you. My contact number is Christopher Walker. I been a proud Radio Shack customer for over 30 years and never had a complaint until now. I don't know if this message means anything but I'm not satisfied because this product that I paid for is still costing me.

the store in san leandro was terrible the manager was so rude and that is it for me for radio shack i brought mt tracfone to have more minutes he said why do u come here i said every year i come to renew minutes he said very rudely why do u come here i said cause i come here every year cause i bought the phone and minutes here he was very rude so why do u come here he said rudely are u aware we dont do tracphone and why did u come here when we have gone bankrupt which why would i know what the changes are he said u should have known then i asked about maybe buying a sprint he said rudely we dont do tracfone well u lost a customrer for good it was terrible and he yelled at me when i left i said i didnt know u guys were going under it was the store in san leandro he said he was the manager the name was something like aied he didnt care if i called u and reported the horrible experience i have been a radio shack customer for many years not anymore if u have managers who are so rude

I am a 54 yr old retired widow that was in sales ALL MY LIFE. I was very good at it. I sold cars, electronics for Cowboy Malony in Jxn, MS, Furniture and started out smaller. anyway I went into a Radio shack in Brandon, MS and the salesman was pitiful. He either did not want to sell me the 60 dollar item because it would mess up his numbers or he was lazy and awful at his job. He had no training. He did not want to unlock the item so I could see it. I was the ONLY customer in the store. I asked him if I had to sync it with my phone every time I got in the car and he told me yes. When I asked him further he told me I only had to sync it the first time and it would do it automatically from then on. He either did not want me to buy it or he is a terrible salesman. Either way Radio Shack has a bad enough reputation in this area without employees blatantly being rude and totally not wanting to help customers. He should be fired fast before he runs of more customers. He is a young black man around 30 that was the only person I saw working at 12:30pm Wen. 12/30/15. He may have been the manager but if that is the case it makes the situation worse. I will report this to corporate. I will not buy anything from this person. I will go to a different location or likely order online from newegg. They have better prices and no rude employees to deal with.

I purchased a Ion-Glass cover at the Needham Store in MA. For my first ever IPHONE. The store manager placed it on my phone for me. The next day I noticed a hair or a crack, so I took off the glass cover and it cracked in two places. The day after Christmas I went back to the store, I was sure I had a defective glass. I was immediately put in my place by two young employees, who said " it is your fault, you are never supposed to take off the glass." So I went back to the store on December 26th. This time I was told by the store manager " I know your story, it is your fault, we will not allow an exchange or refund, but you can return it to the manufacturer and when you get the new one, come back and I will put it on for you". I immediately went to the Apple Store at Legecy Place, told my story, asked what Apple would do in my case and purchased a new glass. Radio Shack policy and customer service is terrible. Never Again!

I went to purchase 2 Galexy phones at youre santa fe huntington park store the manager gloria assist me before i was going to sign the contract she told me there was a service charge on each phone of 36 dollars i told her
ill think about the phones an come back because what started as a deal is adding up she then told me shell wave the fee to come n an pay my bill when it comes so i did on dec 22 i got them nov 22 when i went n she wasnt there i xplain to this gentlemen he then tx gloria n she recall i left my name n number like i was told n to that she would call me after she took care of it needless to say no one words meant anything i had the 2nd phone wrap for my son for xmas when he open it up it wasnt in service i was waiting on gloria to minus the fee so i can make a pyment this ruin my christmas i was so mad i trusted gloria n radio shack after i resolve this ill never shop at youre stores n im giong tp let everyone no how use handle business use took the joy out of are xmas
