I've been having a problem with two players who have started harassing me and I have complained to PokerStars about 3 times now and they have done nothing to put a stop to the harassment.
I love the poker site, but their customer service sucks!

Recently I tried to login to my Poker Stars Site to play poker. I found the site inactive. It will do absolutely nothing. I have tried several suggestions from your support group with no results. One was to shut down the system and try to log in using a new I.D. and password. This did not work. I still have over 16M chips that I would like to be using. What do you suggest???

Pokerstars doesn't pay your withdrawal money. They have you prove to them your account didn't receive the money. All for them to request the same info. I deposited money via echeck to withdraw my winnings over 5 weeks nothing. This a scam don't ply

its basically a scam site. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.
THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER YOU PUT MONEY. After that they will force you to give them some documents that are impossible for you to provide.

I don't like pokerstars. I think it's scam site. I signed up for pokerstars under the bonus play one hand in cash and get$50. I did that and successfully won enough to cash out $150 they said I needed to deposit money from the way I wanted to withdrawal. I deposited 10 from my bank account echeck on 9/09 they accepted and claimed to deposit my winninga. Here it it 9/25and still no winnings. I've emailed emailed and sent all papers they asked for and every time it's a new paper needed. This is a scam save your money and time. They will take your money but you won't get anything back.

what a joke tech support wants to charge me for the help she's providing since they have poker stars in Ontario they can't locate my location so after I deposit my money they won't give it back or let me play it giving me an error you are located outside Ontario

I installed the new version tonight and now I can't get to 6+poker and press play now as your own information is blocking the space to play now. I played this morning ok but now you asked to install new version and it won't work right.

The worst servis ever!! No response after 5 mails! I'm waiting almost 1 month for my money. How stupid you have to be send money on wrong account when you have my actual bank card with all details?!! It was my last buy in I swear!

totally no service answers are coming efter 15 days !! yes almost 2 weeks. This is the worst customer service iv ever seen. when those idiots vil fix issues i take my money back and find another site...

poker stars are scam artists to the max. shut down my account and will not return a single email after a week and multiple emails sent pleading for any kind of response.

Following the freezing of my account I have responded to a request and submitted verification documentation over 24 hours ago. Despite 5 further emails from me no confirmation of receipt of the information has been received. The odd thing is when they were pursuing the information I was receiving responses within 20 minutes from various members of the suport team. Needless to say my account is still frozen and no response from support.

My account has been restricted because I have put in more money recently than before which is great to see they have responsible gambling in place. However I have used their advise and placed my restrictions and since have not unblocked my account and I cannot withdraw my money which I need to pay bills!!! I have emailed several times and I do not get a response! This is terrible! Are they holding on to my money to make interest? What is going on???!!!!!?

Pokerstars did some kind of software update in the past week or so, and there was a bug I encountered multiple times while playing spins where I would get dealt first hand then lose connectivity to pokerstars, and couldn't log back in until the game completed. I tried using my other computer and my iPhone to login and still wouldn't let me in. Contacted support because I lost about 50$ in buyins, few days later they credited me 17$, I'm assuming they only counted the games where I seen 0 hands.

Anyways I didn't complain about it because it wasn't worth the hassle, I go to log into my account Friday June 21 and it says my account has been frozen.. they never tried to contact me in any way, so I sent them an email asking what the reason is for me account being frozen, it took them 3 days to send a response:

Thanks for contacting the PokerStars team.

We can confirm that your case is currently being reviewed by the relevant team. We ask you to wait for the resolution of your investigation.

While I can not give you a specific time since it is a case belonging to another department, rest assured that the department will contact you as soon as possible.

I am starting to get frustrated because when they initiated the freeze they should notify you by email that's its been frozen while they investigate suspicions of possible (insert TOS violation here). That would save 4 days waiting for a generic copy paste response that doesn't tell you anything.

I just wanted to share my experience as I think they handle matters very poorly and have read some other recent comments from others that sound like similar experiences. They have gone down hill big time the past few years, I am curious about what they are investigating so I'll wait to hear back about their findings so that I can finally cancel my account with this Mickey Mouse excuse of a poker room. Thankfully this didn't happen while I carried any significant balance as I have seen happen to others.

I rate pokerstars negative 5/5 stars they have just consistently gotten greedier with loyalty rewards and rake, and customer service seems severely understaffed for the amount of players they have.

I will never play here ever again.

I made contact with them thru email and I got only 1 response . I contacted they again 3 more times and got no answer back . They are keeping my funds for no reasson , I sent 1 email requesting to close my account and no answer for 5 business days . There are no contact by the fone . This is the worst Poker Site that I ever played . Watch out .
