Right now it sucks. I have been trying to change my pass word and can't get anyone to help me. They keep telling me go to my account and I can't without my email address.

I womyn an auction that needed to be paid for by paypal but I am having. Mtrouble setting up that account. This means the seller is not getting paid and I do not want 2 be reported for nonpayment. I do not have the "security code from my acount that is being requested nor did the router number on my chek go through. Could you please advlse me.
I am severe issues with PayPal services. I have not been able to withdraw my money to bank account. I have called customer service and am sitting on hold for over 10 minutes now...This is getting...I will be quitting PayPal as soon as I get my cash...PayPal SUCKS...
I have tried over and over to get hold of person. I have received this email and have no clue what it is about. You need to hire more people or more efficient ones.

I purchased photos of my granddaughter's wedding through pay pal. I did not get one of the photos, so the Photographer gave a credit. It's about $14 and I received the notice that the credit was on my pay pal account. I attempted to get them to credit it to the card I used to set up and pay the account with. NO LUCK!! I have to go to pay pal, get an access number, then have 60 mins to call pay pal give them the access number, then give them my complaint. I just purchased some on line products from another company that uses pay pal, so I thought at least PP would give me the $14 credit against that purchase. NO SUCH LUCK!!!! I sent an email and got the same response. Get on line, get an ID # call PP within 60 mins. to state my complaint. SO, I am no longer purchasing anything on line that requires me to use pay pal to complete the transaction.
I received an e-mail from Paypal that said I had a $10.00 discount from Paypal, if I went to Neweggflash, so I connected through your e-mail to do so! I bought a product and waited for a receipt with the discount by paying with Paypal! The orde, but did not receive anything from Paypal saying that I received the $10.00 discount and the amount taken off the withdrawal from my bank account would only be $14.99, or a receipt from paypal for the payment! PayPal number worked great! Got through to a very pleasant customer service rep in a very short time, who handled my problem quickly and efficiently. I have been dealing with this problem since the end of May. I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks for providing a good number. I checked multiple other sites that came up in my search,and yours was the only one that had a phone number that worked.
hOW HARD IS IT TO GET A NUMBER TO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE, INCREDIBLY DIFICULT.
AND SO EXTREMLY FRUSTRATING.
Have a question regarding 'Crazy Sales',: 'Contact Us" Page, I have completed this page so many times, only when the 'send now' button is clicked IT DOES NOT REPOND, WORK OR GO AWAY therEfore unable to reach 'crazy sales' about the purchase I made and was delivere DAMAGED I would like a replacement or my money back or if possible the damaged part replaced, would not think this would be so difficult, but one needs to be able to contact SOMEONE SOMEWHERE to put in this request, WHICH IS NOT HAPPENING. Paypal is awesome. most of the people complaining about it dont even speak good english. and they fell for the craigs list scams paypal has nothing to do with that. they just dont know how paypal works and never bothers to call and ask and are just plain dumb to fall for a scam that asks for you to send them money thru western union. it say clearly on craigslist when you list an item do not send money thru western union at all cause its a scam. so dont blame paypal for getting scammed its u the dummy for not following instructions.
Beware using Papal to pay for service, software, programmer......etc. None protection for buyers. I use Papal to buy software does not work at all from a scammer. I file dispute to prove his software is incompleted and prove how he had scammed other customers from previous complaint. The conclusion from Papal is no dispute for tangible item. Therefore, my scammer take advantage of this to scam many people.
Paypal and ebay make it impossible to contact them out of calculation. They are owned by the same people and they have nothing but contempt for their customers (and their vendors too in all probability). I'll never do business with either of them again I do not care how good a deal they seem to be offering. It is not worth the risk of fraud. Just do a web search on complaints about either Ebay or Paypal and you will heed my advice.
I am very upset with PayPal. They are very difficult to get in touch with. On their web site there is a symbol that says Contact Us, you get a number for the UK & it won't go thru. I ordered a product that I never received yet was charged.
They will send you to the Resolution center which is a joke. I finally found an 888 # thru Google & when I talked to a person was told my fraud item wouldn't be covered because it was past 45 days. Where was that little tid bit posted!!! Now they ask for impossible characters to verify my inquiry!!
