Your contact/support for non-tech oriented persons rates as POOREST!
It is IMPOSSIBLE to obtain assistance to renew my subscription except online, but the instructions are impossible for one like me to understand or implement.
Now tell me please how I renew my subscription short of getting a degree in Computer Science.

I just purchased the upgrade to 12 for my Mac and got the Instant Download, but there I'm left hanging - there is a lot of incomprehensible gibberish about installation and activation but, not being a genius, I'm unable to devine just how to make it work!

My cleverbridge reference number if that is of any help! When trying to find how to call, i was very disappointed to find I had to pay for that privilege! If I can't get help with a solution I'll cancel the order and limp along on version 10 which was working fine!

I purchased Anchor Hotshot Shield for my Mac. Am not satisfied and simply want a refund. Trying to contact Customer Service is next to impossible! I finally talked with India and was disconnected.
My order number is: 10486253526, date of purchase was 6/30/2012

This product for the Mac is the worst piece of software I have ever bought. I have the update that I bought from these Russians a month ago and clearly is not intuitive and it asks you over and over and over again for the product code for the windows XP.
They are actually located in Siberia.
You click open and nothing happens. There is no free tel. support b/c they were getting too many calls.
