I drove thru drive thru this morning. Staff acted if I was bothering them. I got a chai tea latte and two cinammon crunch bagels and cream cheese. I took one dip of chai it was awful. Poured it out when I got home. The cashier who was uninterested asked if I wanted sliced/toasted to which I said no was of course sliced. This used to be one of the great places to go I won't be back,

I was at the Streamwood, IL on Thursday and I had the worst salad.
A big hunk of the bottom of the iceberg lettuce was in the salad with long stems on the other lettuce.
It was the fuji chicken salad.
For the money, very disappointing.

Stupid company charged my card talking about a subscription that I never had with them

Someone hacked my credit card with an e gift card for $75.00. I never did this. I contacted panera and they told me there was no transaction number and they may not be able to reverse the wrongful charge!! I then called my bank and got it done there. If i did this to thousands of people, kept that money and invested it for profit, and then kept some of it, what a royal scam i would be, don't you think??? I smell a rat and i hope my VISA card will get to the bottom of this and find the rat(s).

Today (Dec. 3rd) around 5:10pm Purchased Spicy Chicken sandwich to go. With the sauce on the side.
When I arrived home , the bag was soggy on the bottom.

Opened the bag My items were drenched with the Sauce.
The Lid on the sauce container was open. So it was not properly sealed.
Spent some time cleaning up this mess. By the time I started having my
Sandwich, it was cold and did not enjoy it.

I drove an xtra mile to this Seal Beach location because they always got
my order right. Never thought a mishap like this would happen.
Disappointed Customer.

I have been a monthly subscriber for well over a year now.
I have noticed a few changes and my last visit was to the pint of cancellation.
No bagel selection- no ready coffee - no Drinks (all low in machines
All at 8:30 am in the morning.
Very disappointing- staff is probably short but stores need attention.
Bathrooms not the greatest either. Clark NJ I have photos if you are interested

The app isn't working I paid for the unlimited drinks and I cannot use it I pay every month now I have to go in and order and pay for my drinks because your app is down this is very unfair to me that's why I do not like to pay for things on the app because y'all are always under maintenance

I wanted to recommend melody at the Lebanon Panera bread location for the contest you are holding for special employees. She goes above and beyond to make you welcome and keep the restaurant neat and clean.

Panera bread in Kansas City sucks big time. So I ordered delivery to my hotel Hilton Kansas City airport. So I am health conscious and I ordered a bbq chicken salad from them and they delivered me a Mac and cheese sandwich ?! So I called and request for exchange. The phone did not answer so somehow I able to contact any Panera customer service. They told me I get the refund but it was on sept 26,22 until now oct 7,22 I still get no refund. It is not reliable just imagine if I order many kinds of food and I get things I do not want and I don't even get back my money or exchange they should have execute the issue fast and take back the sandwich and send me my salad. Not me after that have to trace where is my money go.

Panera Bread in Pikesville use to ge awesome. After the pandemic not so much Both locations have horrible customer service. I have been waiting for 40 minutes for my to go curbside order at the Foundry Row location. Called and no answer the car beside of me went in and said there were no customers inside This is clearly management.

I have had the most horrific time at Panera bread on Harry Hines Blvd in dallas texas.
The management as well as the staff profiled me and my fiancée as homeless and was told if we just get drinks we must take them to go or order food in order to sit inside
Regardless that two customers who was clearly of a upper class stature only had drinks and was there as long as we were but WE were asked to leave
We have never been treated in such profiling unprofessional manor the staff could be seen clearly eating food as they prepared food for customers Smoking on the patio when clearly management in the past told customers about smoking on the patio and returning to work to prepare food without even an attempt to wash their hands.
That being said and all I witnessed at this location why in the name of God would I ever order food no thank you I'll stick with the beverages that is unfortunately the only thing they get right here.

I was in your Catonsville, MD store on Saturday, 9-24, and received a lot of kind, and efficient help from two of the staff: Jay, and Moh, I was particularly impressed by Jay, who was amazingly patient and helpful, even though he was in the middle of walking out the door and off the clock (they was extremely busy). I am so grateful to both men. And our meal was delicious!

A group of 6, we had lunch at one of your locations. The pizza we returned because it was not as good as before. We were told the cheese was changed but it was more than that the crust was not the same. Very disappointed. An order of tomato soup had a funny and spicy after taste and the grilled cheese wasn't even melted. It seems that a lot of the products have changed and not for the better. I don't know if changes were made to purchase cheaper quality to save money, but it's not working! I sincerely hope that you will bring food back to the quality it use to be. We were all very unsatisfied with the food quality. Thank you.

Location in ParkerCO on August 2 was filthy with empty tables not cleaned, (Covid-?) & food scraps here & there, especially under tables.A nonchalant reaction was the manager's reply.
If you value your health AND virus safety...go elsewhere.

Took my mom and daughter out for lunch at Panera bread in Manchester Ct .. this is my mom's favorite restaurant or at least it was! The soup was no doubt water down and the sandwiches were just as awful if not worse! I don't know what's going on there but they definitely have made some really bad changes! Time to find a better restaurant

Was in panera 11:30 today. Had to ask someone from behind counter to clean a table. Coffee empty and creamer empty. Don't know if I'll come back

I have not purchased food at Panera in over a year and it will likely be another year before I return. I purchased a Baja bowl this evening (less the feta cheese and Greek yogurt due to a dairy allergy). The portion was underwhelming in relation to the price. The manager I spoke with at the Carrollwood Tampa location directed me here and said that the portions were determined by corporate. Nothing was offered beyond this website. As a rewards member I am less impressed with this company as times goes by.

Yesterday, I left my phone and wallet at the Panera in Turlock California. After the location was closed we called my phone and Miranda Dupree answered. She waited after hours for me and I met her that evening to get the phone. This was service above and beyond the call of duty and I hope you recognize her commitment to customer service.

Received a reward for 50% off soup. So we ordered 4 bowls of soup and 2 cups of soup. Then found out it is only on 1 soup. Nowhere does it say only on 1 soup. That is false advertising.

Tried to place an on line order. Did not work . Called you store on East main St Spartanburg sc 29307. 1st time extensions was not answered and call was ended 2nd time I was put on hold and no one came back. 3rd time I was told to call back tomorrow. I asked for a manager and was told he was the manager.
I am 80 years old and considered a good customer by you staff like Sylvia. This is a terrible way to do Business. II assume any who call after me will get the same treatment. Get more and better help for you pretty new Store.

I go to Panera's for coffee and a bakery product their service sucks I can't count the number of times I find the coffee erns empty I'm sick and tired of it and heading from now on to Starbucks...it's three locations Boca center Yamato and federal inDemrat all the same lousy customer service...

I frequent my local Panera at 367 Sunrise Highway in Patchogue N.Y. at least 4 times a week.
I've been having had a problem validating my new card.
Thanks to the 3 employees help my problem was corrected. I want to commend Aja Lapine, Sophia Dejesus, and manager Jennifer Daino-Terry. It is a pleasure to thank these ladies for their help. Waited for a long time for a very simple order for takeout and no apology no thank you for a bowl of soup and your microwaved macn ch
One shift leader two managers working the serving area
My mom went there straight from urgent care craving Panera
I know Panera raised papa Gino's in MA
As all pg employees are taught acknowledge apologize act
And in this case expedite
I never get upset enough to compose something of this nature but I know this will help the staff
It was busy but a simple sorry or have a good day goes far
I'm no prize myself at times in my 40+ years of customer service
But I learned quick

I did an online order online on 12/16/19 for a pickup on 12/24/19 at 10:00. I showed up early and sat to wait for my order which pickup was suppose to be 10. At 10:15 they had to talk to me as the mini scones were out. Mind you I ordered this a week before so there really was no excuse for it to be ready. The mini scones came in a nine pack so they offered me 4 regular scones still leaving me scrambling to figure out what else I could get as the mini scones were for my grandkids who love them and now I didn't have enough. Went to Dunkin' Donuts to get donuts for the rest of the grandkids. Not very happy with Panera after spending my money there . Will probably just go elsewhere next time.
