It was the most awful experience that I have ever had with customer service/support in all my life! I was excited to make a purchase of the Bowflex Max Trainer and was thrilled when it was delivered but after that, everything went sour. The GoConfigure team didn't assemble my equipment properly from the get go rendering it useless. They threw away the power cord so I had to have them send another one. The GoConfigure team looked as if they were just plain Joe's that someone pulled off a bar stool. Very unprofessional. As big as Nautilus is you would think they could afford to but their employee's a t-shirt with Nautlis on it or some kind of uniform to look professional. The GoConfigure people that came to my house just trampled all over my carpet in their dirty boots. The very first time that I tried to use the Max Trainer I realized it wasn't set up properly so I called Nautilus again for the third time. They shipped out the part that needed to be assembled. The repair people set up three appointments to come fix the assembly of the Max Trainer and all three times they called last minute with flimsy excuses that they couldn't make the appointment cause their car broke down. Needles to say, after all of that, I decided that I didn't want anything to do with this company because their customer service is terrible. I have since returned the equipment because of the terrible customer service. I am upset about returning the Bowflex Max Trainer because I really didn't want to but the experience was awful. I am still upset about returning it. I couldn't use it and I couldn't get anyone to actually show up to fix it so what choice did I have. To top things off, now they are claiming that I have to forfeit my assembly charge that I paid for. What is that all about? The damned thing was never assembled properly in the beginning so why should I lose money? Trust me, do yourself a favor and lower your stress levels not by using Nautilus and exercise but lower your stress levels by not doing business with them in the first place!!!

I received my Nautilus U614 exercise bike three days ago. Straight away as I unpacked the bike I was impressed by the quality and finish of the parts, well made and strong. The assembly was very simple and easy. Now as I start to get familiar with the bike trying out the features I find the only problem is my ankles keep hitting the cranks as I cycle, possibly as I use the machine I will overcome this.

My Comments: Ignoring the price, an exceptionally well made machine solid metal parts (as you would expect in the olden days) Not the modern bent metal parts. Can recommend the U614 to any one without hesitation, very well made and something that will last for very long time. Excellent value for the money rate 100/100
