I've shopped at Lowe's starting back in the 1990s. Been a loyal customer.
Even my wife worked at Lowe's first a couple years.
My issue is with the greed from your credit card company.
First I get a notice my interest rate is going up to 35%. I usually pay off my card without paying interest or pay cash.
It's the point. I've got a credit score of over 800. This is how you treat goid customers? I couldn't imagine how people that are struggling with credit scores are being treated. Then today I get a notice if I don't go paperless l'll be assessed a $1.99 monthly fee? That's total crap.
Sadly l'll either stop using Lowes or cancel my Lowe's card. Probably both.
I'm so pissed at being nickel and dimed to death.

Very poor customer service. Buy a $2000+ kitchen appliance package and receive a massive dented range. Sure it's within 30 days and it can be returned. ONLY returned...you then wait for a refund to process then you can purchase a new one. God forbid they swap it and just bring the replacement when they come for pick up. I wasn't home when it was delivered, so my dad had them put it in another room until I was ready to install. I guess lesson learned, always open your brand new $600 range and don't trust Lowes to take care of you as their customer

I have been dealing with an issue from my protection plan I purchased 5 years ago, and I am finally getting results with a reimbursement. I want to thank the local store customer service rep. - Jennifer Jaramillo in San Antonio, Tx 35N location who has tried for several weeks to assist me. Jennifer is an asset to your company, and professional. She's a keeper for sure.

I am very disappointed, I recently bought a dishwasher that was delivered on Sunday, it leaked during the first use. My wife and I have been trying to deal with this issue with customer service, who by the way has been extremely helpful but our issue has fallen on deaf ears becauseit is impossibletogetacall back to set anything up or to speak with anyone higher than CS. They told me to give them 24 hours yesterday for a resolution. It is past this mark without a response and now I am taking action with the BBB plus.

I am severely disabled and was leaving Lowe's Saturday afternoon the 8th on a motorized cart when a young man named Philip that was coming into work help me greatly. Unloaded my cart and even helped me into the car. Was very pleasant and friendly. Thank you very very much Philip

don't buy anything from lowes you can't carry out of the store yourself. They have the worst customer service. I have been try to get a stove for weeks.No one would give me a strait answer. I have been a Lowes customer for many years but this will be the last time a walk into the store.

Just bought several gal of valspar paint close to $ 60 a gal . we brought the cover of old paint which needed to be matched. code was on top. the new mixed paint did not match that which came out of the older can. In my opinion the calibration for mixing was off . this cost me time and. $. to make right. can't trust them therefore will not use again. Sad.

I had the chance to be helped by the most knowledgeable and friendly employee at the Lowe's store in Montoursville, Pa on May 27, 2023. The name of the employee is Moon. She helped me find the exact size nuts and bolts I needed. In the present time when so many people do not want to work, Moon is an exception. She is an asset to Lowe's.

Today my wife and I were in Lowe's located on CR6, Elkhart Indiana shopping for a new counter top Microwave, as ours stopped working last night. After standing around in the kitchen appliance area for 15 minutes and could find no associate to help us, we preceded to the front to speak with a manager. An associate at the return register talked to us and I asked to see a manager. She immediately walked in and told the manager we wished to speak to him or her. I don't know for sure because after 5 minutes I left.
This why I very seldom shop at Lowe's. The customerservice is the worst of any of the big box stores.
If you want to see a good customer example, send your help to Menards. I would, if I was in management, have a serious discussion with that store manager, who obviously could care less that he lost a $150 or more sale. Menards is happy....I bought it from them, because they had associates that were eager to help us find a unit we were looking for.
Lowes is a place I would never recommend.

The telephone service at Lowe's is absolutely horrible. You'll keep trying to get the right connection, and the goofy phone tree keeps asking you how they can help. And, how they can help. And, how they can help. I just want to talk with an actual PERSON!!! Then they finally connected me (supposedly) and the phone rang about 100 times with no answer.

Purchased a refigerator 0n 3/26/2023 with the agreement would deliver on 3/27/2023 didn't happen then 28th brought 3 damaged refrigerators finally the forth drivers damaged mine and the one they bough.Said would fix and no call no anything.I called and next person said we don't do that it's in case notes.This is a nightmare I will never never purchase from Lowe's again never seen so many incompetent people. If I have to give a rating it would be -5 They belive they did the damage and someone else should pay for it.My next move TV6 ???

Lowes missed the promised delivery. I've been calling the number provided to check on the delivery for 2 1/2 hours and always get, leave a message at the beep. Why can't I get a person to tell me when (if ever) you intend making the delivery. This is a sorry way to treat customers

Purchased a gas patio heater and returned it because the unit didn't have the screws to attach the heater to the gas bottle. Told the employee I needed the screws or exchange. She refunded my purchase and told me to find another unit. I asked if she could tell if they had one and she asked she couldn't. I went to find a replacement and they were sold out. I went back to returns and said I need to find screws that work and she informed me she had already returned the heater and she couldn't let me have it back. Her attitude was she could care less if I was upset. Another man came out and told me there was nothing they could do. He also could have cared less. Three weeks ago I purchased a gas grill for $1,000 from this store but will never go to this store or any lowe's ever again due to the lack of customer service displayed at the cave Creek, as store.

Until this evening (12/14), I was very pleased with Lowes. However, I can only describe my recent experience as an absolute "goat rope." Received a voicemail stating delivery would be tomorrow (12/15).

I have been trying to reach customer service for over an hour to reschedule only to listen to a pre-recorded message drone on and then automatically get disconnected after waiting 4 minutes?!

I then logged into my Lowes account to view the order status and hopefully reschedule via the website and no order, no status, nothing.

I then called the Pro Desk phone number on the website hoping to connect with someone and the number has been disconnected.

To Lowe's management... You need to get your act together regarding staffing, hold times, phone system, website, and customer service as you've managed to completely alienate a customer. It shouldn't be this difficult and somehow you've managed to make it impossible and thoroughly frustrating.

We had to cancel our order this morning but I just want to let everyone know that Johnny, the delivery man, was wonderful! He had no idea we had canceled and went out of his way to make the delivery. He was surprised when I told him but he was such an excellent representative of your company and he was so kind and understanding. Please thank him for us again. We feel terrible for putting him in that position but he was so professional and forgiving. Thank you Johnny!!!!

I'm not happy we bought a washer and dryer and they didn't tell us the didn't have it in stick and we paid for it and we where goin to have ot delivered w a fridge and dishwasher on nov 17 that was today and they told us they call it off because they didn't have a washer our dryer for us . So I give u a 1 star.

I purchased a stove a year and a half ago. It just stopped working and getting no help from customer service. The same year I purchased storm doors. When they came they were the wrong size, then they were installed improperly so the door would not open. I will never buy junk from Lowes again. Dissatisfied with your store ethics!!!!

We are not computer friendly 60 something yr olds,so went to Lowe's in McMinnville, Tn. to look at and purchase a oversized shower kit to put in our home where our garden tub has been and thankfully the Sakes Specialist Heather Grissom was there to help.We explained what we wanted and our inability to work their computers and she gladly helped,very friendly, gave great info,very respectful to us older folks and after a while the shower kit was ordered we were so pleased,great lady to work with, when we return to this specific Lowe's we will be looking for this same nice lady..Thanks for your help Heather Grissom.

Not able to obtain the service I am seeking from Lowes. No one answer phones at the Richmond and Campusway South location. I purchased window blind last year in May and was sold the wrong size bracked to one of my windows. I am trying to obtain the right size brack and two more blinds for two small window. I need a Lowes rep to provide me a appointment for measuring of windows at my current address. Lowes should have it...

Just went to the Tigard Oregon lows and it will be the last time I ever step into the store.This is the third time I have stood in the return line as the 3rd person in line and take 25 mins to return something.
And rather than Tammy apologizing she could have been more rude.
Never understood why you would make people wait either to return something or to check out.
Worst big box store, period!

I bought 4 gallons of paint yesterday. 2 in the morning and went back in the afternoon for 2 more. The paint does not match. From the amount of paint it's obvious it's a very large area. I took 1 can from the first batch and 1 from the second, along with pictures. The Manager, Jake refused to give me a refund on 2 cans of paint. He would only give me 2 more cans of paint. First, I'm not repainting right now and secondly, why would I buy 2 more cans, paint again and risk it not matching. There's absolutely no difference between giving me a credit or giving me 2 cans of paint I'm not going to use right now. When he's ready to move my 200lb table and repaint for me in 98 degree weather, I'll take the paint. I want a credit for 2 cans of paint. Your customer service is horrendous.
