We have always been a Lego family, so the recent post about the entertaining letter from your rep came as no surprise when it appeared on Reddit yesterday. But it did make me want to write and add my support for your service reps. In a world where good service is difficult because your calls are timed it is still the best advertising your company could ever get, that is why my sister's family chose Lego Land as a destination vacation when the boys were little. Don't ever lose sight of what is important, this family will sell millions in product for you because you cared enough to provide great service- not just good enough service.
