To Whom It May Concern:

On 12/7/20 my daughter and I went to the Queens Lane Bryant to return some items. We were browsing around the store. Just wanted to let you all know that Ms. Laura greeted us with a warm & friendly smile. She was extremely helpful and very polite. Among checkout she still was willing to assist us with ordering items and help us with rewards. Their Lane Bryant has very fashionable plus sizes clothing which I haven't seen in other NY Lane Bryant stores. I truly appreciated the extraordinary customer service we have received from Ms. Laura.

I am hoping that she would get the employee recognition she so deserve. In this day and age customer service has diminished.

I recently realized I had not used my vip discount, after I placed an order on yesterday. I called into customer service to see about getting the order canceled and re ordering it so I wouldnt lose the good discount on my order. The rep I spoke to in the beginning was pleasant and then when I proceeded to give her the code for the discount, she said it was not working and she then asked me did I read what it said, I politely read to her over the phone what it said, and she simply stated " well it is not working", I replied well that is the number I have and I never changed my tone or became disrespectful, she proceeded to talk in another tone in which was not professional. To avoid going back and forth with her over the phone I told her I would be end the call before I say something wrong. As a customer service rep I understand we all have ways of communicating and talking but you cannot just verbalize in a tone and speak to the customer how you feel.

I was in your store #04841 I'm writing to tell you how nice and helpful the girls working in your store today they answered all my questions with a smile and lately you don't get that in retail stores

Thank you for your help in my recent online order issue.I greatly appreciate your prompt attention to my problem. This message is to be directed to Steven E.and Sashona G. in the Customer service dept.The reference .I tried to respond to the original email that was sent to me this afternoon from Steven but I did something wrong and can't return the email.I really hope that this message reaches Steven E.Thank you for all that you've done to help make this a pleasant experience.
