There is a scammer giving a telephone for Juno customer service.
Also today, when I entered Juno.com, I was warmed the site was unsafe and that I should return to safety.

Terrible. Called drivers who ended up being far away. Wait time continually changed, some cancelled and some couldn't even speak well enough to tell me location. I called customer service number where after pressing many numbers ended up not working. Very poor service and poor contact help. Will look elsewhere for a better service
I cancelled my juno account last January 2016 why am I still being billed by my credit card for January 2017 Juno Online when I no longer use it????? Juno drops out and has too many issues to continue using it. All phone numbers for June as of 2/6/2017 are no longer working and these are listed on your start up pages as working numbers. Since I am no longer using juno how can you contact me??????

Network errors. Also, my Juno connection keeps dropping
out. When I receive better than 20 to 25 emails daily, it
takes a while to go thru them. Why is my Juno connection

My Juno email on my computer is fine, it filters most of the junk mail. But it's NOT working on my iPhone, today I received 163 junk emails. Please help me resolve this.

My email for the past month has all of a sudden started getting hundreds of emails and all of them are coming through twice back to back. This is not acceptable. What can I do to stop this as it has never happened before. Also I am not getting my emails from United Airlines now and I always have in the past. I have flights scheduled and I need them. Please resolve this.
I know my juno email box is full. I need to access it to get some things off of it. I would like to delete lots, but not really close it. If that is not possible, I would just like to retrieve some information. I have been trying to do this for a couple of months, but it moved so slowly, and would freeze on me. Is there any way I can retrieve what I need?

Over 10 years ago I signed up for a 10-11 buck a month Juno email account. It was great as it fit my limited bandwidth needs. Now it continuously jams with adverts and the email is non readable. I called to ask to have the adverts removed, and they said "Don't you like our advertising ?" The answer is not at all, for a paying service, a person does not need to be pulling along an anchor.
I called the middle of December to cancel my Juno account effective January 1st. I was told that I would get one month free so service would be disco tinted February 1st. I just found a charge on my credit card which I think must be for February. I do not want to continue up with Juno and feel you are not being fair with me. Check tour records and you will find I have been a customer for many years. Please cancel my service and credit my account. I have a new service so do not need Juno. I have been a member of juno for 15 years and tonight I can not even reply to an e=mail becasue you have a box that appears that states that I have too long a message and for me to shorten it and send it again. I edited 4 times until I had less than one line and still your juno box came up and said the same thing. I had to use my sifes' computer that is not juno to reply. Is this a way to run a business?
