Called Holmes Products and answered questions asked by automated system. Was supposed to be transferred to a customer service person, but instead, I got a customer service survey. I did this twice. Answer a survey before interfacing with a real person? I'd give a zero rating if I could.

excellent customer service - I will definitely look for Holmes products in the future. Thanks so much for sending me the part I need so quickly. The last experience made me a Holmes fan! :>)
