I received a AVR 1710S for Christmas. Contacted technical support to get help on programming the remote. No one in technical support knows how to program the remote. They told me to read the book!!!!

Harman Kardon does not stand behind it's products. The SB 30 is a defective soundbar, they obsoleted it, and waited for warranty issues to fall beyond the scope of 2 years. The customer service represented is in the Phillipeans and is based on avoidance. I have HK nits from the sixties which work, they are not the same Company, I would urge everyone to not purchase these products. This is the worst product support experienced!
5 stars for me in customer service my speaker will not hold a charge either i brought this in july and call harmon kardon in october for a replacement and Arnel Rocamora was so helpful he gave me no problems at all sent me my UPS return label and will be sending me out new speaker.

The absolute worst service I have ever hah. Its been over a month and the piece of junk onyx studio Bluetooth speaker still hasn't been resolved . it died after only two months. And they keep hanging up on me and giving me a run around. Don't expect them to honor their warranty.
