I received a AVR 1710S for Christmas. Contacted technical support to get help on programming the remote. No one in technical support knows how to program the remote. They told me to read the book!!!!

I just bought a new DVD blueray 4k and I want to hook up in my AVR350 but I have already input my old blueray to the DVD input, can I add my new blueray 4k as DVD-2 input but how will I do it. need help thanks.

Harman Kardon does not stand behind it's products. The SB 30 is a defective soundbar, they obsoleted it, and waited for warranty issues to fall beyond the scope of 2 years. The customer service represented is in the Phillipeans and is based on avoidance. I have HK nits from the sixties which work, they are not the same Company, I would urge everyone to not purchase these products. This is the worst product support experienced!

Filipino customer service the worst. I will never buy another HK product again.
I'd return what I purchased but it's too difficult to reach someone that speaks English.

5 stars for me in customer service my speaker will not hold a charge either i brought this in july and call harmon kardon in october for a replacement and Arnel Rocamora was so helpful he gave me no problems at all sent me my UPS return label and will be sending me out new speaker.

Moving "customer service" to India may have saving HK some money but it sure lost this customer. I give up on you and your products, there are plenty of other manufacturers that care about their customers experience.

The absolute worst service I have ever hah. Its been over a month and the piece of junk onyx studio Bluetooth speaker still hasn't been resolved . it died after only two months. And they keep hanging up on me and giving me a run around. Don't expect them to honor their warranty.
