I received a AVR 1710S for Christmas. Contacted technical support to get help on programming the remote. No one in technical support knows how to program the remote. They told me to read the book!!!!

I've been trying to get in touch with somebody the number y'all have for customer service do not work anymore I've sent back a product and I still have not received a replacement it's been six months already

I just bought a new DVD blueray 4k and I want to hook up in my AVR350 but I have already input my old blueray to the DVD input, can I add my new blueray 4k as DVD-2 input but how will I do it. need help thanks.

I bought a new blueray 4k and I want to hooked up to my harman kardon AVR 350 but I already hooked up my DVD old blue ray in the DVD input. Can I add my new blueray 4K in the DVD input and label it DVD-2 but how will I do it. need help thanks
