My experience with the two stores in Memphis , now branded At Home,, has not been pleasant. The staff is not helpful, phone calls are not returned, no follow through , not helpful with merchandise, information, etc. ........

I had a management question, so I sent an email because that was the only option available, but received no response after a month. There is no answer at the store in my city during regular daytime hours and no way to speak with a person that I can see. I can't get any further on the customer service line on this page without entering my SS#. No thank you.
I also learned from a former employee that they throw away lots and lots of items that could be donated.
I will no longer shop at Garden Ridge.
I am trying to call your store in Pittsburgh Pa they dont have option to answer phone the same as I am finding with Customer Service . Can you please call them find out if a pair of Sun Glasses were found in that store on Sunday 8/18/2013. This has become very frustrating . Thank you for any help you can give me.
